from what i could find myself, there's a GQ korea interview of Myung Soo and Yeonwoo but they don't really talk abt romance, just their roles. There are also lots of still cuts on twitter under the hashtag #Numbers, and again no sign of romance. But the couple shoot is there for a reason, which is build anticipation of their chemistry for the viewers so I suppose there will be some romance. How much? idk. It's supposed to be between the sister and her half brother's friend. The real half brother is apparently dead and his friend is pretending to be him or smth. Since there's the pretend part, I'm guessing that's why they put the step siblings relationship tag 🤷. Although I'm hoping romance will only start after she knows his true identity. But also, there's lots of confusion regarding the plot, cuz it's different in every article I see. I even saw one article saying that it's the sister who disappeared and then reappeared which, according to the earlier articles, isn't true. Ig we'll only see the truth once it's out.
The acting was underwhelming, the ost choice was bad and didn't fit scenes at all or was missing in some where it should have been. For a "sport" film that's supposed to be inspiring, it was bland. The characters lacked determination. The end didn't feel rewarding and I didn't get what the writer tried to tell. Also comedy fell flat. I've watched it for a challenge but damn did it waste my time
Oh goodness, I want to watch this for Jo Bo Ah but 50 eps of 1h each is too much. Is it really worth it? I see soap opera tag and i dont think im the target audience either. But like I really wanted to judge JBA's acting since I'm watching almost all of her discography. But idk what to do
some ppl compare this to vincenzo, unlike vincenzo that i couldn't get past the first ep, this drama was pretty cool and fast-paced. unfortunately the last eps were kinda rushed but i feel like it's bc they had to respect the 16 ep format (if it had 20 eps it would been great)
