Yes, you're right. She was the adult and should have been a better grandparent. I'm just trying to explain his perspective of forgiving her easily. In his eyes he always knew why she behaved the way she did. It's why he promises her to replace his father. In the flashback, there's a scene where he sees her crying in the room and deep down he's always blamed himself for his parents death, so to him her behaviour was justified. All he ever wanted from her was love and approval, so the minute she gave it he didn't care about the past. I think his behaviour was consistent in the way he didn't care about Baek Su being strawberry either. In this moment, he loved her and that was enough.

He suffered his whole life to get her approval, of course he was happy when she apologised. He knew she was hurting, and he was protecting her all this time. I guess he was just grateful he finally got his family back.

This show is so good, need more comedies like this! Sazal Kim who plays Aziz is hilarious.

On episode 10 and I am really enjoying this show. I desperately needed a breather between my intense CDrama binge, and this didn't disappoint at all. It's a fun, light-hearted romcom with adorable leads and second leads. Might watch another romcom before I start The Glory. I love that the ML is an otaku, I honestly don't understand the stigma that comes with being one, but it added a bit of fun and drama to the story. Loving this so far.

You're right, with 18 minutes you only get 15 minutes of actual watch time per episode. so it's roughly a 15 hour watch if you binge it.

I think they make more money with shorter episodes. Everytime I watch a drama like this I calculate how many episodes it would be if they just did 45 minute episodes. This would be around 22 episodes.

I loved Morung Jing He, so this already looks very promising. Although, tbh I'd watch dead air blowing if Liu Xue Yi was in it. lol

Totally agree, and it's not even a new concept. Hollywood actors aged 30 and above play teenagers in movies and tv shows and nobody complains. Tbh Asian actors pass as teens way more than other regions so it's not like it looks bad on screen. People just like to complain for no reason.

There are so many comments on Rebirth having a teen actress and people complaining that it restricticts the romance in the drama. Seriously, pick a lane. lol
