There's no "male lead" to be honest. He's one of the employees that appears in a recurring way, but he doesn't really like the heroine and does not have a lot of scenes with her. But it seems it will change from ep 3! The guy she has the most interaction with is the young man from the cleaning team that helps her (Takahashi Fumiya).
If by male lead, you mean the romance, then the heroine have a crush on a mysterious person (Murai Osamu). But except for that weird crush, there's no romance.
So good! Only watched the first 2 episodes, but the heroine is SO cute. I like she's a bulldozer, but because she's such a hardworker and a socially adept, she isn't the "cute" type that does mistakes and always needs help.
She's getting help, of course, but that's because she's always doing nice things for everybody, not because she's... the heroine.

For Tsubasa and Kuromiya, the other characters said they were dating, but the couple themselves never said anything (didn't agree nor disagree). Kuromiya is in love with Tsubasa, and we see characters making fun of Tsubasa about it. But we never see what Tsubasa really think of him (though it is strongly hinted that Kuromiya's feelings are reciprocated).
The first episode is interesting, and open the show on a story that we know will go very wrong (the drama open on a flashback of different things : boy screaming under torture, girls crying at different times, and end with one using an axe on someone).
I like the first episode, we see all 4 characters, all interesting. The 3 girls are popular and best friends, but they all have very different personalities, and the boy is presented as less popular, but he is not the "otaku loser" we see in a lot of drama. He is bright, good at taking picture, sweet and even if he's a little shy, he is very honest on what he thinks.
The chemistry bewteen the 4 characters is really sweet, and they surpringly all work well together. Can't wait to see the boy getting closer to the 3 friends, and I hope we will see more of scenes were they're all together. I think they'll go through a lot, and I hope this new friendship/romance will help them facing it.
The drama seems to have a theme of "understanding what is love" while having a dark undertone with the girls having terrible parents (we do not see the boy parents), and the drama having a secondary character dying on the 1st episode.

I love it when both leads are smart and sneaky. They are both interesting but BeMan especially, 'cause he is very gray. It's difficult to know what he really wants.
It's not an AMAZING drama, but it's super charming, and I always come back to it ^^
