It's not listed wrong on MDL. They originally aired 40 episodes on Tencent/WeTV, but 3 of those episodes have an almost double duration for usual Chinese drama standards (are around 1.5 hours instead of 45 minutes).
When released on Netflix, they split those episodes, so that's why in Netflix it has 43 episodes.
Those 43 episodes of Netflix are exactly the same in content with the 40 episodes of WeTV/Tencent!

This is an interesting review. But I just wanted to make a correction; they live together for 4 months not 4 years (as is explicitly revealed in episode 7, and it's also obvious from the first episodes when Yoh says they're experiencing their first rainy season).

Hate to break it to you, but if everything goes well, realistically (since they're still filming, and they need ~6 months for post-production, and an unknown time after that to get a license to air) this will probably get released between q4 of 2024 and q1 of 2025.

Is that only available in Asia? :(
