It's not romance focused, but it has more than enough romance. It's more about the layers upon layers of mystery, the schemes, the political struggles, the relationship & the goals between various factions and people, etc.
Hahaha... MangoTV Youtube realized they cut Ep 1, so they just added the intro as Ep 0 Recap. Enjoy everyone:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gMuOUnZYmR8
The following is the top 10 dramas on iq.com coming soon list as of today (cause all the drama with specified…
I guess it's a little different per region, cause for me this is the list of Coming Soon (excluding Thai dramas): 1- Love You Seven Times 2- You From The Future 3- Story of Kunning Palace 4- Fox Spirit Matchmaker 1 5- The Demon Hunter's Romance 6- My Journey to You 7- Sunshine by My Side 8- Love is an Accident 9- The Emperor's Love 10- Romance on the Farm 11- Bright eyes in the Dark 12- Little Miss Brave 13- My Wife's Double Life 14- Echo of Her Voice 15- Rising With the Wind 16- The Comic Bang 17- Tiger and Crane 18- Men in Love 19- Back For You 20- My Special Girl 21- Just Spoil You 22- Detective Chinatown 2 23- Her World
This drama has 40 or 43 eps? Why on netflix got 43?
Tencent/WeTV version had 40 episodes but 3 episodes (ep 35, ep 39, and ep 40) were around 1 and a half hours long. Netflix made each episode be around 45 minutes so it ended up with 3 extra episodes from these long episodes.
Usually it's the opposite. Even if they have more episodes, the TV versions of dramas somehow (due to editing, etc.) have less scenes than their online versions!
BTW, Season 1 had been subbed by Productive Procrastination (fansubber) before it was on iQIYI (and her subs are still better imo). I wonder (pray) if she's going to sub season 2, too!
So, since there's this new rule about posting dramas in 2 parts with some months in between, I'm thinking, after Lost You Forever ends its part 1 (August 23 according to MDL), maybe they'll air part 1 of Wonderland of Love, then when that ends they'll air part 2 of Lost You Forever, following with part 2 of Wonderland of Love. Do you think that would make sense, can it happen?
This isn't a romance. I'm on ep. 34 but they still haven't gotten together yet. Even slow burner romance dramas…
This is more about cultivation & action/adventure, more an all-around "high fantasy" drama than a romance. I guess it depends on what you're after!
Also, it would be weird in my opinion if the leads got together earlier, since the ML is basically living as a monk all those years, and they had a different vibe as master-disciple first. So for them to gradually fall in love, realize their feelings and change their relationship to a different vibe feels more natural, to me at least!
Does anyone who i will get attach to die to make me cry?? (Please Add the spoiler in response)
None of the 6 main characters die. But there are some supporting characters who do, and they're all so interesting and well-written and 3-dimensional (even the antagonists) that they ended up making me cry nonetheless!
Em I'm also confused with what iQIYI is doing (or rather not doing), they don't bother airing any of their highly anticipated costume dramas, what are they waiting for? If not SoKP, they should proceed with Mysterious Lotus Casebook, or Love You Seven Times, or anything, really!!
