I was talking of the whole version of The Untamed as aired on Japanese tv, not just the ending, if anyone is aware of anywhere online one could watch it!! With that said, my personal opinion is that since you've already seen more than half of it already, maybe stick with it to the end -- there are some people who didn't fall in love with the drama up to the later episodes of it, so maybe that will be the case with you -- that way you'll also be able to form an accurate opinion of it (as long as you didn't skip scenes that is). Or don't stick with it, it's up to you of course!!
