Hehehe! At least we don't have to clean up! I don't create a mess but there's a lot of tools, bowls, etc to wash though as I tend to cook a couple of dishes and of course not to mention snacks & deserts! 😋😝

🤣🤣🤣 I like cooking but I don't like to clean up after cooking! So that chore goes to my kitchen helpers and my hubby! 😝🙈

Why not attend cooking classes? That way you can enjoy many wonderful dishes that you like anytime! You can cook anything you crave anytime.

Don't know how delicious the yuzu stuffed roasted duck is but it seems expensive though no idea how much it weighs! I usually bought the ones weigh around 4 -6 kg Organic ducks cost around $ 40-70! Cost less if you don't buy organic! Veggies, herbs, shallots, garlic, are from my garden. Only need to buy some spices and seasonings for me to cook. No idea why but when I see $120, I automatically think I can buy 3 whole ducks or at least 2! Guess I should thank my mom and my grandmas who taught me how to cook! Especially my mom who forced me to attend cooking and baking classes since I was a kid!

Yes! They are yummy! Alila must be very tired as she's cooking alone for her family reunion! I'm thinking to cook Vietnamese Ham (Cha Lua), Roast Pork, Sweet and Sour Soup(Canh Chua), roast pork, and rice wrappers! Hehehe! Thank God you don't have COVID! Yeah though it's not good to blame someone for getting Covid I'll be mad too! 🤣 I still remember when my hubby got a Covid scare 2 years ago! Thank God turned out to be just a flu! It's really really scary! 😘😘😘🤗🤗🤗

Happy Lunar New Year my dear! Don't celebrate CNY but I love Chinese food so cook Chinese dishes and make some snacks! Treasure Duck is what Chinese named the dish! Not that fancy though the dish name is fancy! It's just a duck with stuffing! Hehehe! But super yummy though!

K! I usually make Sticky Rice Balls! Fried or with soup! The filling is whatever I feel like eating or traditional version like sesame or peanut or lotus or bean! Very easy to make! I will post the recipe when I have time!
I usually cook Mala Hotpot at home so spice is adjusted accordingly as my hubby can't eat that much spicy.
I make cocktail with Rice Wine , berries, cucumber, coconut water and pulps, mint and lime whenever I cook Mala Hotpot! Prefer it over beer as it's more healthier choice of drink! I use traditional rice wine that I make! But you can use the store bought one though!
