Turned out Daebi Mama is the actual heroine. Both I-an and Huiju are actually children throwing tantrums before her. She saved them from peril and had her redemption. I loved her character. Only well-written character in the show.
A prime minister has many issues to deal with. But, this PM seems to linger around the palace every hour. A PM is expected to pay visits to report weekly, monthly or biannual progress. However, this PM is suffering from peter pan syndrome, coveting someone's spouse, scheming with his camaraderie daebi. Thus, nation's welfare is completely overlooked bcz he is a loser romeo.
So, Bizhi decided to go back to the time when Su Beilu was a kid, to stay by him, keep him company for a while, making happy memories. That means, he will, no longer, be a part of Beilu's life later.
His Yan Shao hairstyle seems better once we get to see his hairstyle when he is Chu Tianyao.
Tbh, his Chu Tian Yao stylings are worst. Then, I realized, Yan Shao looks are not comparatively an eye sore. Sometimes, he looked like La LLorona. Seriously, this makeup and wardrobe team left no stone unturned to make him look worst. His good looks are totally and completely wasted in this drama.
I plan to watch this drama. Kindly give me some spoilers regarding:1. When are the main couple officially together?2.…
1. When are the main couple officially together? Ep 21 2. Has the main couple experienced any breakups? If so, for how long (in terms of episodes)? They did maintain distance for some episodes. 3. During the breakup period, is there any time skip for the main couple? The story remains relevant. 4. When do the main couple reconcile (which episode)? At 21. 5. Is there a second male lead or second female lead syndrome? Second male lead didn’t have that much prospect. Second FL was a vamp, white lotus witch, constantly hitting on ML. 6. Are there any annoying ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend characters? Nah. 7. Does it have a happy, sad, open, or rushed ending? Happy ending 100%. 100% close-ended. Many fans thought, it was a bit rushed.
Done and dusted. My patience and perseverance paid. After letting of the negative points, I was finally able to enjoy the drama. One complaint, just when I started to cope with the hairdo of GWG, they introduced another hairstyle. I just could not 😤😤😤. Yes, the drama was not high-budget. But, the cast acted well. Talking about Xuan Lu's performance, half of her performance was destroyed by picking wrong VA and half was done by the Director, since it was the director that demanded that type of performance from her. If not, they would never be okay with it. OST is good. It is still on loop on my list.
Mr Queen is adapted from Chinese drama Go Princess Go
Never knew that! However, the question remains, is the drama inspired from the same concept? Has she gone to another universe? Cz, this time travel concept is not well-defined.
I loved her character. Only well-written character in the show.
