This story screams regency romance tropes and I love every bit of it. He is rich, handsome, has a rumored temper but he just lets it roll off him. He finds her intriguing and is allowing her to realize at her own pace where her heart lies. Im only on E7, but I love where this is going. SWL needs to do a show where he is a masked man or something or something dark. Because good lord, he screams gothic babe.
I'm getting Count of Monte Cristo vibes from this. Wondering about jumping in, but I've never really really followed through on a show with the ML until the end.
