Ooooo. The Ep25 further teaser. Our man is sliding into home base. lol, crazy how he was so good as a villain in The Double but he is absolutely romantic here
So. I love the 4th daughter and her husbands story. It's adorable how he is slowly falling in love with her. He was such a cool and no nonsense dude and she has got him to bring out his soft and funny side. I think the two personalities will combine and he will love her for being honest and helping him.
But lol to the younger sister! She was a riot in this episode!
I hoped and prayed this series would kick in or find itself by the halfway mark - and it did! I think now that we all understand the pace and how the story is done, we can keep enjoying it. I understand that some gave up on it, but it's one of those where it all comes together or make sense after the first 10 episodes.
My thoughts over 21Li Haode, Li Haode, I'm afraid she already stole his heart. It's already obvious he found some…
I bet he comes to regain his memories and realizes how kind and honest, and not the sort who would take advantage person. But then he chooses to keep mum a bit longer because he likes her being open with him, when before he was cool and broody. Just my thoughts!
I love how all of these stories are like the best of historical novel love story tropes. The cool, 'no woman is worth me' type that gets amnesia and becomes smitten is one of my favorites. You can already see him beginning to thaw.
I can't wait for our little bro group to sit his ass down and have a talk about the family. Honestly, I kind of want people to write a fanfic about them - modern or in the same universe. They're just so silly.
Oh my god, fuck him - fuck him right in the ear! Episode 17 should have been the youngest sister beating him up for what he did. The fact he won't tell the truth is bothersome - so much that his mom almost offed herself. What?!
Edward Guo writes the kind of stuff I dig - Western inspired stuff in a Chinese setting. Gimme it, I don't care if he Tim Burton's his cast - they seem to like working with him and like the kinds of stories he comes up with.

Also, lol, the teaser has a cart (car lol) crash. Looked like the two carts were playing chicken and hit each other dead on. Only on this show!
This show is one hell of a soap opera.
Shouhua should spread his ashes.
