I don't generally watch promo vids or interviews or bts videos until a show is over. I want to experience the series as it is on the screen without it being skewed by other possible BS, which you never know whether or not it's authentic anyway, or if they are just playing with your mind.

Well of course I entirely disagree with you. He comes off to me as a real human being, and I feel I have a good grasp of who he is. I also like that both physically and by demeanor, he is not a "typical" BL heart throb. For both halves of the main couple, there's been no transition from straight-identifying to somewhere in between or gay-friendly or ready to hop in the sack with a dude...they went from 0 to 60 in one second flat. Yeah, his tall BF is not convincing.

Interesting. I find Da On to be kind of boring, predictable and inauthentic, though it looks like he might actually be ready to learn some things from TK about honest social interaction. It's very cool to me that this plot has someone who may be on the Autism/Asperger's spectrum teaching other, "normal" people how to improve their social interactions.

You just said in much better language what I've been saying for four episodes. From the first words TK said in Ep 1, I wondered if he might be slightly on the Asperger's or Autism spectrum. I don' t know enough about the difference between them to elaborate, but I'm curious: Why Autism, not Asperger's?

Don't know what show you're watching. You should tune in to Light On Me. It has some great, restrained, real-life acting in it. If you're seeking more of the amateur over-acting you seem to like, try some of the newer Vietnamese BLs. Enjoy!
