This is easily the worst-ever show that I can never wait to see the next episode of. lol

Bizarre, random things: The evil laugh thing the group of guys do when they think of something they think is brilliant, occasional characters bursting into lip-synced songs without rhyme or reason or consistency, everyone-including a talent agent-pretending IG is a great singer.

Fun/cute/touching/amusing things that keep me coming back:
Ruk, Ruk and Ruk. I love the character and the actor and he's actually very talented. That early scene of him alone in the locker room with his sadness was extremely moving.
Ruk's hot little body.
The ridiculous group of buddies. They've evolved into a great and amusing Greek Chorus of adorable, dorky imbeciles.
The buddy with the round glasses. So cute/funny.
IG's mom.
Chemistry between IG/Ruk.
Grateen and the chemistry between him and Ruk's brother. Grateen is a sweet, loving, loyal, handsome young man.
Petch and the buddy-group guy who's courting him. Adorable.

Judging by the brief preview, ep. 11 may show IG/Ruk getting down to business. Awkwardly and stiffly-acted of course, but still...

Twins?! How have I watched 10 episodes of this and I don't know about any twins? wtf?

I feel like TK ALREADY has feelings for Shin Woo and is always hoping SW will spell out how he feels about him, bu the never does. Like he said today: "ah...SW does nice things when he feels bad..." (paraphrasing) He thinks SW tied his shoe just because he felt guilty about the silly cake-face thing, when in fact SW did that as a gesture of affection.

After episode 7:

Ugh. This show is stressing me out, but I think that's how it intends me to feel. lol Such good acting all-round. Understated, which is always nice.

I really, really dislike So Hee. What a horrible, presumptuous and rude little person. And of course she is now deliberately and calculatedly making Daon feel self-conscious and weird regarding his feelings for TK. I find it highly implausible that given how awful she is, and how she just keeps showing up uninvited and unannounced to meetings of a group she is not part of, that they would put up with it without telling her to get lost. Remember, this has been going on for three-plus years.

Shin Woo and his quiet, frustrated, slightly neurotic affection for TK, is breaking my heart. He is so freaking cute and as an actor, manages to say so much with his face and eyes that he does not verbalize. It makes me crazy how he keeps choosing to not correct TK's misinterpretations of his actions toward him.

Shi Woon is like the supporting character who manages to be the shining star somehow without actually stealing the limelight. Great acting. He is funny, kind, caring, hilarious, wise and adorable. His character is very unique to BL. I don't recall anyone else like him.

Then there's Daon, who I find myself disliking more and more with each episode. I get that apparently his parents have mind-fucked him into being the ultimate people-pleaser, but there is a condescending element to his character that really annoys me and that is not explained by his parental issues. He's like this always-smiling, nodding, chuckling asshole who thinks he knows why everyone acts the way they do when really he knows no such thing. He acts like everyone's oh-so-knowing uncle when he's completely clueless. Yuck. TK is extremely perceptive. I'm surprised (and not really buying) that he doesn't pick up on Daon's artificial personality. So yeah, pretty much whenever Daon is onscreen, I'm stressed out. lol The TK/Daon Trip-Fall-Catch bit grossed me out.

Love Shin Woo. What a doll and bundle of sweet fucked-upness. What he did for TK toward the end of the party, and how TK misread it, was so sweet/sad.

Good show. I'm hoping the writers will go with at least one more BL cliche and have Daon get hit by a car with fatal results.

Meh, not buying it. This one is all over the map for me. Some bad acting, some good acting, terrible parts of the script/plot, a few good parts, awful plot/good plot, TERRIBLE supporting cast, etc. I only gave it a 6.5/10. Don't care for the overall message I got from it, which seems to be that if you have gay relationship problems with someone you still love, don't fix them, just go back, become a catholic priest and hide inside the church instead of facing reality. God knows the Catholic church has millennia of experience hiding away pedophiles and closeted gay men masquerading as men of god. Give me a break.

What will happen, were this a real story, is these two will end up as practicing priests living as hypocrites within the church that has done more to destroy more gay people than almost any other, while they carry on a gay relationship and bang each other with abandon. Feels like this director/writer hasn't been able to free himself of a church that despises him and everyone like him.

What is it with Pinoy BLs and their propensity to assemble a circus' worth of clowns and freaks and present them as representative of the gay community? SO many screamingly feminine, queenie, overweight young gay men/boys, bitchy as hell, exhibiting with every movement every stereotypical, ridiculous, cliche/trope about gay men you could possible think of? Think about that supporting cast: At least five screaming queens for every semi-normal gay man. And they're always MEAN as hell. And it's not just the over-representation of bitchy queens, it's the sheer repulsiveness of the characters, gay, straight, male female. ugh.

Best parts of this series were Zach in his speedos and workout clothes and Christian in his tight pants. Beautiful bodies. Slim but muscled, and not overly gym-built at all, but naturally athletic. Gorgeous.

I don't care enough about any of the director's alleged crimes to look into it. I have no idea what the hell "condoning a minor" or "a malicious relationship" is and don't want to waste my time finding out. Half the time, the "minor" turns out to have been 17 years old, which is a lot different than 7 years old. And if all of this really happened, do you think a twitter screenshot would be the only info about it on the Internet.

There's a pretty good European flick floating around out there about a year-long, true romantic love relationship between real blood half-brothers called "From Beginning To End." If poor Hannah ever sees that one, her head is going to explode from all the toxicity, problematic-ness, inappropriateness, sexual-assaultish-ness, wrongness and just plain, god-forsaken hotness and sexiness of it all. I'm waiting anxiously for someone to make a similar flick about full-blood brothers in the same scenario. Anyone with a sliver of imagination knows it happens all the time.

There are at least two or three good short films about full-blood brothers and gay relationships but I don't recall the names off the top of my head. I love things that make SJW heads detonate.

I haven't even watched this yet, but thanks to your comment I'm going to give it a try. People like you who accuse others on the Internet of pedophilia, child-grooming, and sexual predation without so much as one freaking link to back any of it up, are annoying as fuck. You use of the term "problematic" immediately nails you as an SJW, so your perspective is extremely suspect.

I will also watch each of the films you list, if only to give the director more hits. I like work that pisses off people like you. If you are talking about the film I have seen, "Cousins," it is a wonderful film. I liked it BOTH times I watched it. Is it your ignorant opinion that no male cousins anywhere in the history of the world have had love affairs and sexual relationships? Are you even partly aware that until just recently in history it was quite common for straight cousins to wed and have children? Why would a relationship between male cousins who have never even met before be a problem? They can't bear children, so there is no risk of DNA issues, which would be extremely low even between a straight couple.

Edit: "Cousins," the film I saw, was not directed by Daryl Yapp, but it is a great movie. Everything else I wrote above stands.

There were numerous ways in which the older brother consented; you just think they are invalid, I disagree. I loved the story and the way things worked out. Your panties are in a twist about it. For the millionth time, the average BL or any other viewer of fictional entertainment is not watching to learn life lessons about how to conduct themselves according to what they see happen in some series. Maybe you should stop doing that too.

Ugh. Can't stand any more...the slow-paced, community-theatre level of acting and direction. The melodramatic, OTP musical score prompting every little statement as though it were some grand decree from the heavens (or from Hell, depending on the character), the glacial delivery of dialogue, the unnatural and stiff performances, the amateur lighting/sound/set design, all of it adds up to a mess that takes itself WAY more seriously than its presentation makes possible. I can't believe this runs for 18 episodes of this crap. I'll never understand how money gets funneled into projects and they still turn out this badly.

OK, thanks for that clarification. I appreciate it. It's good that you're so transparent about who you are and what it is you are doing. I don't know what the problem is with Pinoy BLs, but it seems like one step forward and two steps back so often.

On the other hand, a few of my favorite BL or gay-themed films are Filipino, among them "The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros" and "Fuccbois." The series "Gameboys" and "Hello Stranger" were of course excellent, among my favorites too. But so many of the series are absolute dreck. I tried so hard to stick with INN LOVE but couldn't take it anymore.

Anyway, good luck with what you do, and I will keep watching the Pinoy movies and series as they come out and support the ones I like.

Different points of view in general DO NOT aggravate me. Points of view in which the commenter wishes to censor, silence, force change upon and encourage self-censorship in storytelling aggravate me a great deal.

I'm not rejecting some commenter's "story." They can go write or film any story they want and present it for reading/viewing/whatever. They can write BL scripts in which there is NO sex whatsoever, or in which a character they think has taken advantage of a drunken sex partner is castrated, then forced to eat his genitals before being impaled on a bamboo shaft and displayed publicly as he slowly dies. All of that is fine. Just don't tell OTHER PEOPLE what should be allowed in their story-telling, and attempt to impose rules/regs/restrictions on others.
