Judging from your standard, probably millions of people need to see a doctor.
Thank you for making these cogent points to the SJWs, not that it will make a difference. They live to moralize about media they claim to dislike but can't stop watching. lol Pointing and laughing at them is the best course of action.
I'm a gay man who discovered BL about a year ago and it was like the sun rising for the first time all over again. Some shows are crap, sure, but so many are wonderful and deeply touching to me. I find the fujoshi phenomenon totally fascinating and wonderful. You know what? YOU DO NOT HAVE TO JUSTIFY OR EXPLAIN your interest in BL to anyone at any time or anywhere. I see fujoshis as tremendously valuable allies. Sure, some go overboard. In what area of human behavior is that not the case? The vast majority of straight women BL fans are warm-hearted, love-positive supporters of gay men/BL, and I appreciate their existence.
Isn't it weird how most people are so afraid of anything they don't instantly understand? Part of the vibe I get from fujoshis is maternal in nature. Would you agree with that?
Judging from your standard, probably millions of people need to see a doctor.
No incest here and you know it so why do you keep repeating that lie? Do you also believe the U.S. election was stolen from Donald Trump? That's another big lie.
Totally agree with you. This is BL in the oldest and purest form, bl started out for the fujoshis and for the…
You sound like a crazy person in this comment. It's OK to have fetishes, it's OK to consume media you're not sure why you are attracted to. Just enjoy it and relax. You're not hurting anyone.
I’m really not a fan of shows using these pushy girls as reasons for two guys to start liking each other. It’s…
All the tropes you shit your pants over are BL BASICS and always have been. Either stop watching BLs or quit bitching about the very characteristics that make them BLs in the first place and pretending they are "problematic" to you. You love them, they turn you on and you are uncomfortable with your feelings so you come here to atone for your imagined sins by playing Puritan Church Lady in the comments.
This has got to be one of the most satisfying and clean finales for me out of all the BL series I've watched.…
I found the coda/ending about the apartment to be kind of odd...I'd be pissed too if my partner put us that far in debt for a home without me knowing about it or seeing it. MR is absolutely right about the rest of their lifestyle taking a hit because of huge freaking mortgage. And the very end, where MR conceded and they just kind of wandered out the door and that was the end was...odd.
lol, I see the sJWs are out in force today, trashing this series in the reviews, which I'll read later for comic relief. What ugly people, to be completely unable to feel the joy and love in this series because of their prudery and social/political hangups, especially this last episode.
Some of the most elegant, beautiful lovemaking scenes in BL history and better than lots of straight films. Full commitment to the characters, the scene, the choreography of it all, the cinematography. You know a sex-scene has done its work when you feel happy/joyful/weepy/horny all at the same time.
Times I cried (though it might be easier to list the times I wasn't crying) during episode 6:
MR/LC's extended, beautifully-shot lovemaking. YJ/Dad cooking together in the kitchen. XS/YJ and their parents having dinner and Dad toasting the couple. XS/YJ in the library, making out under the stairs. LC singing the song to MR. XS/YJ making love on the couch. The wedding vows.
Peng gave such wonderful layers to the character of XS that he may have ended up being my favorite in the series. Smart, sweet, shy, utterly sincere, honorable, loving, caring, very sexual right under that coy demeanor.
Sad that it's over but I'll def be back for a few re-watches over the years. Thanks to all who made H4CTY such a joy.
It's funny how differently people experience the same show. To me there is NO chemistry between Phuwin and Pond.…
I guess so...I suppose it's held my interest because it's gone from good to really good to bad so I'm curious what's coming. I've dropped plenty of BLs, most recently My Lovely Writer and a historical one that bored me. Also tried to watch the non-BL K-drama from a couple of years ago, "Life," but dropped it after six episodes. I got bored with that one too, despite the presence of my fave Korean actor, Long Dong Wook or something like that.
The setup for the crying in the rain scene was poor. It implication seemed to be that Pi's mother doesn't accept…
She sat there like a stone-cold bitch and glared at him, asking questions rapid-fire in the disappointed Asian mother tone, and she was holding the large paperback book to make it clear when he walked in that she had seen the photo of Nan and knew its implications. Given all that, she did NOTHING to set him at ease about being honest with her without fear of rejection or loss of love, she made it all about HER and accused Pi of not being as nice and polite as he used to be. Not because the change in behavior could be a signal that her son was stressed out and in pain, but because it hurt her feelings and rocked the boat of her calm, easy household. Yeah, I kind of hate the mom. She managed to guilt-trip Pi in a hundred ways without saying a whole lot of anything. I had that done to me growing up a thousand times.
Again, sitting there with that magazine/book on her lap and waiting for him so he would see her and it when he walked in was a direct challenge and attack. She should have put the book and the picture back where she found them while she was snooping and kept her mouth shut, or she should have let Pi know that he was loved and treasured and accepted NO MATTER WHAT.

And you're welcome for the diagnosis.
