Some over the top ridiculousness. Not a big fan of the hyper exaggerated expressions from the lead, but it's a cute, funny premise. You can't expect any realism from the outset, given the bad luck/good luck story, so I'm along for the ride. Sato Yusuke is far too dreamy. Consider me hooked. His character is just about the sweetest thing ever. I love how he's all in from the very start. No questions asked, and no gossip either. Swoon. This bit of fluff is a fun diversion . Looking forward to more.

I am with you on the prolonged kisses, but I have come to take it as "this is a moment frozen in time." IRL the kiss happens in a second, but they choose to show us the slo-mo, from 117 different angles to show us the "importance" of this moment. These moments are engraved in the minds of the characters. They remember every detail and fraction of a movement, so it "appears" to be in slo-mo.

It's kind of like when Neo bends over backwards and doesn't get hit by the bullets in Matrix. That takes a millisecond, but it plays out for 1 minute on screen.

That's just me, trying to make something out of these moments so they don't drive me crazy. I may be totally off base.

This one has always been iffy for me, but Ep 4 really got me riled.

I was glad Tian FINALLY told Amy he was interested in someone... but then he still lets her cling to him and put her head on his shoulder. Mixed messages much? Also... ugh. Who does this? Get some self respect, Amy.

And why were she and the other friend hanging out (and SLEEPING!) in Tian's office? Don't these people have lives/jobs? Don't they respect that the owner of a hotel might be busy and have actual work to do?

BEFORE Neung even meets Poon, Amy says Poon is rumored to win the Chef competition. How? He hasn't even entered yet.

And somehow... from her desk on the upper floors, Pirada knows all about the fight in the kitchen?

Ridiculous plotting by lazy writers who don't care if their shows have any semblance of reality.

Started at regular speed, couldn't take it. 1.5 was still too slow. Even at 2x speed this bored the hell out of me. I counted 10 different shots/angles for one meaningless hug. 10 shots of Copter eating shrimp and cake. There is no substance and very little character. These two are not my favorite actors to begin with, so I don't think I can suffer through this one. DROPPED.

First Ep. Wanted to drop because of the girl. I know she's MEANT to be comedic but I found her infuriating. So many poor choices made in the script and direction. What's with all the weird editing, making it seem like BaDa is dioriented, when he's merely just looking around a room? I'll give it a shot, but not expecting much.

I watched some of Paint With Love (maybe 3 episodes) and dropped that as well. I just don't connect with him. But glad you're enjoying it!

And in all fairness, Q was not supposed to be receptive (at least outwardly), so I can understand it being somewhat awkward. But their lips barely touched.

I just don't find Tae that compelling as an actor. He's okay, but somehow just doesn't make me feel anything. And Tee is unfortunately unconscious or dead for most of Ep 1., so he doesn't bring anything to the table. I usually find time loops clever and interesting, but this one just doesn't interest me. Dropped.

3 episodes in and I'm enjoying it. I like the lawyer angle and what appears to be some upcoming danger/suspense. Shi Cheng Hao... gulp. So Beautiful. Like the sister and dad characters. Too many drunken/fall into a kisses, but hey it wouldn't be BL without a few tropes, would it?

I watch this on 1.5 speed and even then it's so slow.

After 3 eps, not the strongest, but it's actually growing on me. I think Boss is doing a good job. He's subtle, but realistic. I like the actual LGBTQ storylines. Didn't see the triangle coming, so that was a nice surprise.

But what grown man who owns his own hotel does not know what love feels like and has to ask his friend about it? LOL. And all the food porn is just a waste.

Still, interested to see it progress, but I think the 8 eps is the right amount for this one.

Brutal, dark, bleak and entirely realistic. A bit too artsy for me, with all of the staring off into space and never speaking. Some unexplained elements that could have been explored in more depth. All of the actors looked far too old for their roles (and indeed, WERE far too old for their roles). It kept taking me out of the high school angst of the piece. But an unflinching look into bullying, homophobia, and the isolation and loneliness of LGBTQ youth. Too heartbreaking to watch again, but worth it if you want a realistic movie exploring those themes.

Dropped. An amateur production that kind of rambles along. Characters didn't appeal to me, so I don't care about their love stories.

I like a slice of life and a slower pace can work. I just wish more was happening overall. I don't need the romance to move any quicker, but they could be doing so much more as real young adults to explore their characters. For example they've dropped the whole idea of making supernatural videos. They even briefly toyed with making food videos for the cafe - but all of that has been forgotten and it could have added a lot more dynamics to the show.
