In my eyes, the dorm group benefits mostly from So Hee. She does the work for the others and they benefit from it. Her big disadvantage is that she doesn't take the victories with confidence, but always takes a back seat. Hyun Gyu, for example, benefits from this. Without So Hee, he wouldn't be so successful.

After episode 8, I hope that one of the remaining women wins. As much as I wish it on So Hee, I don't think she will make it to the finale because she leaves her work to the others.

Harin is an incredibly good player. Honestly no one who was in jail should have gone. All 5 of them deserved to stay. I think they are stronger than one or two of them in the residential wing.
But I'm honestly glad Justin is still around. He's really my favorite and someone who has to fight for himself.... My goodness, he's really laid back.

The secret game in the prison can't be played again, Hyun Joon said the corridor/tunnel had been "destroyed". I also think that the secret game in the living area can't necessarily be played again, because the others now know what to expect and so a small group could otherwise get an advantage. But I'm not entirely sure about that.

I don't like the six-man alliance in episode 5... Especially Hyun Gyu and Choi Hyun Joon have lost in my eyes... Let's see what happens next. But how Se Dol and Justin are dealt with... naah... I didn't like that.

I became aware of the series through a short on YouTube. The warmth that the scene radiated made me curious and wow, how could the series have passed me by so far?
I'm totally flashed, so much so that I've watched it twice in the last few days... Landed right in my top 5. While I find many plots of Japanese BLs interesting, I have yet to perceive such emotional warmth and tenderness in these BLs. It completely enchanted and enveloped me.

Two different characters with different burdens but also the same needs meet at school and through chance encounters their lives interweave. Together they develop and discover their own personalities, their own lives. They are each other's support and point of friction, they learn to be weak and to be strong and despite everything that happens, their relationship is characterized above all by respect, love, warmth and emotional closeness.

In addition, there are great landscape shots, metaphors and a wonderful narrative style and two charismatic leading actors in their own way. A real gem. A series like balm for the soul. Wonderful!

Only 3 episodes have just been released. Most people don't pass judgment on a series after so few episodes...

I agree with what you say about the series. When I saw the short I felt warmth. That made me curious. And that warmth and tenderness ran through the whole drama. It completely took me in. I find Japanese BLs rather cooler in their handling of emotions and somehow stiffer, if you can put it that way.
I don't think I know of any Japanese BL that has covered me with so much feeling and emotional warmth. And that's despite the really tough subject matter. It really is a gem. These are the kind of BLs I really love... Well and on top of that, I have a deep love for seas/oceans. So I was completely spoiled 😁

I wouldn't be surprised if crazy guy dies a very unnatural, gruesome death and can't stop laughing as he dies 😅
