And with a plot like that no way you thought the characters would have been likable. The characters are flawed and that’s what makes the show interesting imo. Tbh I wouldn’t even be watching this show if the FL, ML, and brother were all good people who always do the right things. Thats boring asl and would be especially boring in a drama with this plot.

They don’t actively use bl novels because it’s not allowed. It’s not because they dont need to cater to international audiences. There were A LOT of Chinese dramas that were adapted from bl novels but in recent years the CCP has cracked down on adaptations so its not seen a lot or it’s heavily censored. There is a big audience for bl in China, dont be mistaken. Hell, the bl audience in China got AO3 BANNED and also made two actors unable to interact in public anymore.

that's what I'm hoping for. These new jokes are HEAVILY turning me off from watching the rest of the series. I'm hoping it's just them relishing in the fact that the show is back and they haven't played the characters in a while. A big majority of these last two episodes was them talking about how powerful and cool they are now, all their accomplishments, and silly jokes. It's hard to sell the idea of super heros to adults when it's set in a silly situation, that's why season 1 was so dark, because they need some maturity to keep the audience watching. I hope they tone down whatever they're doing a lot

Unforgettable Night was leagues better than this though 😭😭😭. The acting in this is TERRIBLE and there's 0 PLOT. At least Unforgettable Night had a plot (albeit not that great but still it was there) and most of them could display emotions 😭. Rak is like a stone bro, and what's killing me is they have good a actors in this show like Sammy but they're not using them. I'm just so confused like why is Rak the lead, where do you even find people like this

People like you disgust me and I have no interest in having a conversation with you. You clearly fetishize gay men. Kinn Porsche was filled with SA and downplayed how important consent is. You say the NC scenes are what made Kinn Porsche good, but it's in fact what made it bad. The NC scenes were distasteful and the show would've been so much better without them. You saying that it's the distasteful SA scenes that made you forgive Kinn Porsche for being bad says a lot about your character. A BL does not need any sexual scenes to be good, you wouldn't say the same about kdramas or cdramas. There are hundreds of kdramas and cdramas without sexual scenes that are amazing. Treat gay couples with the same respect you treat straight couples.

What does sexual content have to do with anything? Whether a show has sexual content or not has nothing to so with whether it's good or not.
