I think ppl are turned off but the fact that Win Team in UWMA and Between Us is different. They changed Win Teams story a bit for UWMA, but Between Us is based off the book. A lot of the people I see complaining just haven't read the book, and are assuming it to be like UWMA. People are also complaining because of the awkward NC scenes. Recent BLs have spicy NC scenes, but Between Us was filmed a while ago so it's a bit behind the times

I still have some problems with this but I can agree Mame did seem to tone it down. Glad they're listening to some of the backlash. TharnType was wild with the SA. I hope the 2nd couple doesn't have any of the nonsense that was in the first 2 episodes.
