First is actually not deleted? It featured in the episode 15 I saw on WeTV VIP. 09:55 in the episode. Including the probing dialogue.
Second seems to be extended version of the end scene in episode 15.
Third is around 13:40 in Episode 13, where some interaction is replaced by the orange cat unconcernedly strolling by the couple.

If you are not familiar with Meteor Garden, you could head to dramacool to watch the original TW adaptation (unfortunately in low quality), starring Jerry Yan as Daoming Si. .
Each version has its merits:
* the Japanese one (available in good quality on Viki) is admittedly the closest to the original Makino Tsukushi /Dōmyōji Tsukasa/Hanazawa Rui love triangle characters.
* Both the TW and the PRC Chinese adaptations translated them to Daoming Si/Shancai/Hua Ze Lei, adding more substance to the Xi Men and Mei Zou other members of the group. The PRC Meteor Garden 2018 featured Dylan Wang Hedi in his breakthrough role as the explosive Daoming Si, with Shen Yue as leading lady. It is the longest adaptation (I see you completed watching it, so you could have spotted the quote too?),
* The South Korean version (available in good quality on Viki) has them as Gu Jun-pyo/Geum Jan-di /Yoon Ji-hu and
* the Thailand one, shortest but most modern one, has them as Thyme/Gorya /Ren +Kavin and M.J.

yes, JY's got impressive abs too 😁 I was secretly musing about what Dai Gaozheng could do in comparison -you know, the yummy hunk from Maid's Revenge. But the role of Xiao Han clearly required a more experienced actor for sensual subtlety.

That young miss whose hormones warn that she can't wait (may die too early) is quite justified in her choice of an experienced and considerate semi-secret lover, instead of a fumbling greenhorn wannabee rocker, even if the latter is presented as more socially compatible (=agreeable to her mom). The story is interesting & music, cinematography, acting are top-notch.

Okay... My feeling from acting and drama pictures of Xiao Han was also that he was likely to be in his "late 30s".
I also object to guys (F or M) being branded "middle aged" when over 30 and below 50. If people take care of themselves, their expected life span is over 85 in modern societies.
