So glad to have come back to watch this a second time after a year or so. I first watched it when I discovered BL and was binging everything I could get hold of. I remember having a good feeling about this one afterward and it's obvious why. The professor is incredibly sexy in a relatable way and the student is adorable and oh so vulnerable. Actually, I was a little mad at the professor after the ex-wife showed up; I thought he was pretty damn hard on the young man in their discussion by the river. But I forgave him later because he helped our young man find his courage.

The star of this show is, of course, Yo Yo. What a remarkably smart and natural young actor she is. I mean, that is raw talent; I'm guessing she's an old soul. :)

Such a positive, lovely and hopeful wrap-up too. I love when the two guys are making out on the couch and Yo Yo comes running to announce she's the flower girl and they completely ignore her as she slides down out of frame. lol

I call nonsense on everything you wrote. Only the screenwriter "knows" if they had sex or not. You say no. I say yes.

If everyone in Thailand believes what ever comes out of the mouth of a person who would up and leave them without a word or trace and not contact them for four years, proving themselves to be a jerk and perhaps psycho, you are saying that everyone in Thailand is extremely naive to the point of stupidity, and I call nonsense on that too.

I have no way of knowing one way or the other about the translation. What I DO know , and what I find highly unrealistic, as I already said, is that after this same dude DISAPPEARS WITHOUT A WORD for four years then turns back up, that anybody would believe a word he said without proof, especially vague stuff like "I'll tell you later..." You don't seem to grasp that as an extremely callous, even abusive, thing to do to someone you are close to.

You're kidding about the sex, right? Phob referred back to "what we did last night" or something like that , along those lines, at least three different times, and Nut got all embarrassed. You're telling me Phob keeps bringing up the fact that they KISSED as if that is some big deal?

That's exactly what happened with me, although I think I ran across it on world-of-bl.com as scheduled to air and it looked interesting to me.

I agree with you about Kaownah's acting in TharnType. He actually made me feel compassion for a character who had done despicable, hateful, unforgivable things. I hope he gets a lead role soon.

The thing about keeping the marketing going for Nitiman is that you would think once people start watching and see how bad it is, many of them would drop it. lol. Maybe, like me, they just wanted to look at the second lead's body.

I agree, Nitiman was hideous, though I watched to the bitter end, partly out of fascination at how bad it kept getting.

Fair enough. I disagree with the motives you ascribe to Nut in his incurious, oblivious reaction to Phob's vagueness. Phob disappeared on him without a word for FOUR YEARS. He has not earned the right to be believed or be vague or brush things off or to be in denial. He OWES Nut detailed explanations for his behavior and he has gotten almost none and yet Nut takes him back, and I find that very lazy, BL-style story-writing. Not only has he taken him back, but they now have had sex, so they are closer than ever. That's quite a jump in one day from not being willing to acknowledge Phob's existence at the front gate of Nut's house.

If it were me I'd demand to see the medical records.

Is "rapey" in the dictionary? It's a made-up, fashionable SJW term. Again, at most, this character is "sexual-assaultish," as no rape took place. Why are you pretending to think I'm "upset?" You are deliberately obtuse, so I'll keep this short: This being a "shitty" series is only your opinion, not some kind of objective fact. Do you know the difference? No one cares what is disgusting to you; you are free not to watch, and yet, apparently you DID watch, all the way to the end. Why?

There are MANY BLs without forced sexual situations and you know it. Even if every one of them had a forced sexual situation, all you have to do is not watch. What part of that is hard to understand? BTW, is murder "disgusting" to you? I don't hear you whining about it as a plot device.

You answered none of my questions about why of all the negative human activities featured in series and movies, sexual situations are the ones you're worked up about. That is a type of answer in itself. You don't like the plot? Turn it off. Don't watch BLs, many of them twist your panties.

And gosh, we've never seen that in a BL before, right? Don't watch.

Why do you watch low-budget BLs?

This kind of shit goes down among people every day. Straight guys use one girl to make another jealous, gay boys use a girl to make a guy jealous, straight girls use straight guys to make other straight guys jealous and on and on....happens ALL THE FUCKING TIME as it has since the dawn of human kind. No, it's not admirable, but it's a thing people do. Dramas, especially BLs, aren't here to teach you moral lessons. Stop watching.

Why, exactly, are you still watching this show?

Wow, that's the longest description I've ever read of people whose minds and lives are so empty that they watch shows they supposedly dislike for many reasons, bad acting, over acting, unintentionally funny fight scenes, whatever. You will have spent EIGHT HOURS of your life watching a show that you then turn around and mock. My theory is that people like you do this because it makes you feel better about yourself and somehow superior to the actors, etc.

Seriously, there are thousands of high-quality dramas, comedies, romances, whatever available to stream at any time, but you choose to watch something that you say is crap. That is some fucked-up behavior. And don't try to blame your willingness to do this on depression or the pandemic; watching shows you enjoy for their high standards of acting and hilarity would be far more effective at making you feel better, right?

There are prominent elements in this show that touch and move you but rather than take the time to figure out what they are and learn whatever you can from that and admit you like the show is just...lazy and silly. I watch this show because I have loved Gun since LBC, I love looking at Boat, I enjoy Bank and Pitch and I think Sky's dad is hot. WHY, really, do YOU watch?

Fine, but I don't get why you watch it then. Your life is so empty that you watch shows you dislike so that you can mock them and the actors and feel better about yourself? When I watch a couple episodes of a bad BL, I, you know, DROP it. Seems logical.
