Massive Framerate issues. No problem with episode 1 and 2. But once episode 3 hit is was a disaster. No issue with other shows via the same app and even went back to test ep 2 again and no issues. Adjusted motion settings on TV as much as possible and nothing fixed it. At the startbof ep 3 they did a low framrate shot to create a slow mode scene and it is like they forgot to change back to the main cameras or change the settings.
I wanted to like this. Same as I wanted to like My Journey to You. But it has to be Luo Luo's fault. Both these shows have a terrible directing choice - voicing. Every line spoken is whispered and it is driving me nuts.
20 episodes were unnecessary. Im watching episode 18 right now and feel they coukd easily resolve all plot points within this episode. Decided to pause to read a synopsis of 19 and 20 and i instantly decided to end with 18. I just drags out with a second climax. The climax of 17bwas enough to satisfy and ending. And they coukd have neatly tied up everything in 18. No need to add new useless plot points in 19 and 20. They coukd easily have resolved the love story and all political strife in the 18th episode but decided to introduce a new useless conflixg involving already defeated characters .
I get that being fictional it doesnt follow historical events. But, if ypu are going to establish a time period in a show within a real world setting then at least have the plot fit the timeline somewhat. "The world will change because of the noble born twins that were born in 1895". So thisnshow should take place after Japan began occupying and governing Joseon in 1910. They could easily have set the dates just a little further back for the storybto make sense in the context of the time period. Like what was the prince's plan?? Japan controlled Korea at this point so killing the king and taking the throne was useless. Also what king? Even if it took place before 1910 Korea had declared itself an empire and it was a Korean Emperor before Japan invaded. This of course was in the short interm period from when Japan invaded Qing China allowing Korea to be free from the Qing dynasty's rule. Set it back another 30 years and the stroy would be fine.
Personally I like most things she is in. That being said I can easily nail why many people don't like her acting…
I noticed it for the first time in Mirror: A Tale of Twin Cities. But I saw some of her older stuff and some new since then and I cant unsee it. I'm also waiting for Unchained Love to complete to start my binge.
Ftr...she does blink...but very rarely considering the average humans' blink rate.
For some reason all of her lead roles performances have been flat for me. She was so likeable as a second lead…
Personally I like most things she is in. That being said I can easily nail why many people don't like her acting and once I say it you will never unsee it. She rarely blinks while acting. I don't know how she does it. I've seen her give a full monologue with 0 blinks.
As much as I did somewhat enjoy this drama it was very messy. Missing cut plot points. Plotholes in story that don't line up. For example in one of the early episodes they mention the FL used to be a gisaeng so she should have no trouble getting her fated man to fall for her and get a kiss. Yet later we learn she was born in 1994 and even see clips of her childhood in modern time. When they mentioned her being a gisaeng I think their intention was to show that they were all really old. Then they abandoned that plot line. They kept that the one grandma was a gisaeng like 50 years ago or something. But originally they had said they both were. Also they abandoned the plot line about the idols. They even set up a plot where paparazzi caught the one idol with the ML. That went no where.
That being said...I probably only watched this cause the FL was cute lol
Not sure I have ever both cried so much and smiled so much within the same episode of a show. That finale was great. So many emotions. Such great acting. And overall good story telling. I'm disappointed by two things. Park Jin fight against the UA could have been better choreographed and Naksu/Choyeong never picks up the sword. Her reason being she has divine powers now so why would she train. I mean fair...but still. I wanted at least some badassery. Ending scene would have been better if when Uk shields ChoYeong she pushed past him grabbing the sword from his hands and taking out the artifact herself. Otherwise, every second was perfection.
But no one is complaining about acting or chemistry, We know it is on point. This is not actors fault, they´re…
Strawman much??? You are the only one who used the word insult. I said complain. You also said "I didn't complain about GYJ, stop putting some words on me". The words you said were you complaining that GYJ didn't impress you and that JSM had better chemistry. That is called a COMPLAINT.
It has been long since established that in this fictional world what matters is not the body but the soul.
When did I tell you to get a grip? When did I tell you not to say how a scene makes you fell? In fact...when did I address you at all?? You can have your view point. I disagree with it. But you can have it. But who gave you the right to call me sick and perverted?? You are the one who attacked when nothing was ever said to you in the first place. My response disturbing?? hahahaaaa. Go back to church and preach your morals there.

Not the brightest one we have here I see.
