If someone could answer me this please, at the ending, after the ML gets poisoned, do they just never find a cure…
He received the rare antidote directly from the Emperor. The very one that was meant for the Emperor himself. So yes, he'll be living for a very long time.

What episode does the MLs get together as a couple officially?
The female lead was forced into an engagement with someone else, and her family wasn’t on good terms with the male lead’s side. So, the couple had to come up with a plan, and they officially got married in episode 19.

What about love triangles and misunderstandings?
If you're into early romance, then I guess this might not be your thing.
The couple flirts in ep 14 and gets married by ep 19.
But after that, their relationship just keeps getting stronger.
There's no misunderstanding, no annoying third parties, and they treat each other as equals. That’s why I said it strikes a nice balance between romance and politics, unlike other C-dramas that lean too heavily on just one side.

What about love triangles and misunderstandings?
No love triangle at all. That 3rd person never confesses his feelings, and there are no messy misunderstandings either.
The couple even gets married halfway through the drama! I honestly think you’d love this one, especially since you’re a fan of romance.

Compared to most C-dramas, this one has a good balance of romance and politics. I like how the female lead, who is not even of royal blood, is included in discussions about strategies and suggestions with other royals. It shows that they value her ideas. Usually, in other dramas, when the male lead discusses politics with a prince, the female character doesn't join. But in this one, they appreciate her input.

For me, the political plot is easy to follow, so if you're new to dramas that have political plots, this one is a great place to start. As I mentioned, it has a good balance of romance and politics, so it’s not a slow-burn romance like many other historical dramas. It has a satisfying amount of romantic scenes.

You know Ju Jingyi very well. Well done

To be honest, I only watched 2 dramas of hers, and the rest was just a guess. Something's wrong with this game.

What's wrong with the rating here? Was it really bad? I'm actually very excited but at the same time worried because the director and scriptwriter are different than Hospital Playlist.
