I noticed she has bias (in a bad way) to some actors/actresses. I guess as she works in C-entertainment, she has some personal experiences with some cast and crew. But, she tries to present herself as neutral, which I don't believe anymore.

This was an absolute joy to watch. I haven't felt this way about a Modern romance C-drama since Love is Sweet ☺️.
I even think this one is a little better. Thanks for entertaining me well. I am going to have withdrawal syndrome. I need a great Modern C-drama recommendation with a mature and intelligent cast.

Yes, AvenueX uses extremely bad adjectives to describe those she doesn’t like and then plays off the same thing for those she likes.
She used to be neutral in her reviews, now, I don’t trust them anymore.

Does anyone know if that is Xu Kai’s real voice? AvenueX always says he doesn’t speak good Putonghua (standard Chinese) and his line delivery with his own voice is not great.
I did find that in this drama it’s not bad.

I binged this drama from Ep.1 to current in 2 days 😱. Such an engaging piece. I love when a modern C-drama is really interesting. Hats off to the leads and other casts who make this so enjoyable.

I skipped through most of SRQ’s scenes. I just couldn’t take it anymore.

PS: C-drama need to learn to end their stories and not wait for viewers complaints to add a last minute extra

What is clear from this drama, is that they really wanted to promote the actor who played Su Ronqing, because his screen time was excessive especially when not even necessary.
Another major oversight by the team is after a 3 year skip meant they should have shown or at least mentioned the child she was pregnant with or if she lost it.
In the end an interesting drama with typical C-drama issues. BTW 8-8.5 rating for me.

Earlier, she used to be a critical critique. You can expect similar opinions from comparable shitty dramas. Not anymore. I guess she got to make income from YT as well.

Yes, I pay her less mind now with her ridiculous reviews. She praises dramas that are subpar just because she likes the actor. But, she will criticise a drama with similar themes and acting if she doesn’t like the actors.
