At least she is making valid arguments, not offending anyone here by accusing us of disrespect, racism or anything, please don't fall on the level of the haters. There are plenty of comments expressing not understanding someone liking/disliking a drama under almost every single drama, lets not attack ourselves just because this comment section got flooded by fools.

I think there is some time span after creating an account before you can post anything. Or at least I remember not being able to adjust my profile for about a day after creating an account.

Yes, I learned that Korean industry misrepresents not just Arabs, but other nations as well only after I replied to you, and if a country regulary misinterprets what a nations stands for, I get it why ppls get jumpy even over less serious matters, because they are already tired from all past misjudgements.

However its sort of crying on the wrong grave, because we are not Korean, and Korean people, if they are even here, they are in extreme minority, so its not like we can do anything about Korea misrepresenting Arabs. And it never crossed my mind (and now I believe I will speak for most of us here) to link that fictional character with the actuall Arab community, because we build an image on Arab community from our own countries views and in my country we do not have any prejustices towars muslims, so I never considered that prince real, nor did I considered him Arab representative.

It caught my attention only after the fuss being made here, and it caught my attention for all the wrong reasons.

Agreed, whats happening here is laughable, but it has not connection to the nation, but to the immature individuals from many nations that present themselves with loud and hatefull comments on every minor opportunity.

You don't have to be worried, all of us know what true islam stands for. We might not be muslims, but we do know your religion is neither about terrorism, neither about going around drinking or raping woman. And honestly speaking, I took that Arab prince just as a fictional character conviniet for the plot and it never crossed my mind to link him with actuall Arabs. But seeing the Arab community this enraged is what truly builds bad image about some commenters here in my mind.

This reaction will not teach anyone anything except that it annoys the community here, because this page does not have anything in common with the drama production, nor is it connected to any official rating ladders, so your are just "sticking it up" to random viewers, that came to watch korean drama and didn't even notice there was an Arab in there, untill you guys started a fight in the wrong place, because the production company will not read it here, nor will give a fuck.

Yet I find most funny the fact their efforts are not having any impact on overall rating - no idea if MDL is holding the ratings some time before releasing it and the results will be shown later, but right now its just funny 😆😆

Just because a drama came up with one playboy prince doesn't mean it devalvates the whole nation, or would you judge whole nation as dumb based just on one comic character? He could have been British, French or American, and sane people would not care. It would be another story, if the drama displayed whole community of Arabs acting the same way, that would piss me off as well.

Even dramas that did aired completely do get reviews from people who dropped it midway or earlier, because they got fed up, or pissed of and shared their opinion through review to warn other like minded people. So it's only natural there will be only bad reviews before the drama airs completely, because only people who already decided the drama is not worth completing reviewed it.

Once the drama is out, there will be added those good reviews from people who enjoyed it and waited for the ending. This is natural and no need to worry about, it won't affect the the final rating since this is happening with every single drama.
