Interesting point! And totally agree that its hard to pull off the good guy role. People in general are attracted to ‘drama’ and thus sometimes a nice character (as we see in some second ML) is not as appealing as a devilish ML. Stories are created to suit the taste of the majority of the audience and thereby we got plenty of those devilish ML. However, I see the emerging trend of nice ML lately, so I guess audience ‘s taste is slowly shifting.
