AND I'm back - I realized that I could find it without English subtitles (I did find Chinese ones on YouTube!) so I'm finishing this. Just to be finished. I don't think I ever saw anything with Willie Ruengrit McIntosh in it before so - that was a plus.

Article Korean dramas based on webtoon 2020
I'm watching Meow: Cat Boy right now - a lightweight rom com! - but I'm really waiting for Love Alarm 2 in August. The show has a good cast, a great OST and the manga is available on YouTube and in print form on Kindle. I didn't expect it to hook me so (I'm a far way from high school) but the story about what is true in love and and today's like culture is surprisingly deep!

I'm picking this up again for the MDL Watch Challenge 2020 under the "Watch a drama/movie you previously dropped" category and it is still terrible. Luckily, I"m watching it at 1.25 speed to force myself to get through it. Although, I enjoy a good funeral fight scene and this one is right up there with the wedding fight from "Mai Sin Rai Fai Sawart (2015)."

This has been one of my favorite shows so far. The Heroine is not dumb - unbelievably determined at times but not dumb - and both Male Leads need her in different ways. Unfortunately, both use different ways of getting her help and I think that will determine whom she loves in the end. I'm only at 23 now but things are moving!

Hmm, Edward Zhang as Shi Hong just screamed "Wierdo." In the novel, that character is so completely ordinary that no one ever suspects him. I liked all the other characters but his spoiled the whole conceit. Pick some other really ordinary actor like Bai Ke Li or Yu Bo and this drama would be tops!

A much better film that I ever expected. And with Wallace C. as the bad guy - who'd have thunk it? I watched this on a very poor streaming website so I had plenty of time to ponder sections (because the stream kept freezing!) and by the end I was won over. Stick around for the end and the big graduation reveal!
