@Emily - join the No-Sleep club. Just last night, someone asked me "When do you sleep?" and I was like, um, I do too sleep!! (Just after rewatching 27-30 AGAIN!)
Episode 23 & 24 subbed on Dramafever! I'm going to get some twisted glee out of the comments.
If you watch the unsubbed Croton Mega Hit ep. 23 on YTube, right in the middle of all the Chinese comments is a single English comment, "You bastard!" It made me laugh and laugh! It's worthwhile to check them out, too. Sometimes commenters will translate a bit or post a link to a connected blog. I am spending way to much time there! Good thing it's spring break.
mark is love... anyhow, i can't even remember the last drama i finished. it was a very very long time ago.…
Rich in expression is a great description for actor Mark Z. Especially when you realize he is playing a very emotionally guarded character. I don't want to downplay Yang Mi, though. I always thought her adult (3rd life - post SuSu) was so sad because it is just the opposite of YeHua's. He is trying to break out of hiding his emotions while Bai Qian has drunk the memory removing medicine which effectively removed the vivid girl she was in the past.
I just saw she doesn't get her memories back even in ep 36 and feel terribly demotivated to continue with…
I always read it as: First lifetime: where she is living as a boy at the school with her shifu, romancing with Li Jing and trying to avoid Ye Hua; second lifetime: her mortal life as SuSu with Ye Hua and third life: her life after her heavenly trial as a human - i.e.. no memories of SuSu and just meeting Ye Hua for the first time - she thinks. In the book, this parallels Bai Fengjiu's three lives. I could be wrong but that's how I've always read it.
Xuan Nu needs to screw off already, only reason I've been telling myself why she's still here is cause…
Yuck - I thought they were just mentioning that because of the projected ending. I just read the Pillow Book and man that part is going to make me cry.
Anybody like me, keeping up with the raws via Youtube's Croton's channel but holding off the DramaFever…
Watching raw on Croton. Not totally sold on Dramafever sub system all the time. On the other hand, it is nice to have a clearer picture of the dialogue.
I was just watching Love Eternal ep. 28 and I just realized that he was trying to kill himself in front of the Soul Lantern because he finally thought SuSu was dead. Don't watch shows when you are half asleep, kids!
