The road to the prison on that convertable felt like a scene filmed in Europe with a retro setting. The ride on that path was absolutly stunning ♥️

Breaking Bad was what I thought of when I started watching this. Definitely a similar vibe. I loved that show…
Thanks for replying 😊 The first episode gave that impression. Even they are some similarities, this serie still has its own signature. I just started watching it and so far I am enjoying it ^^

Is this a korean remake for the "Breaking bad" american serie (or at least an inspiration) with a Female protagonist instead of a male protagonist?

Mukbang is probably the most disgusting shit ever. Tons of food wasted and the sounds they make, are so disgusting.…
You might be suffering from misophonia as I do ^^ (a condition where specific, often mundane, sounds trigger intense negative emotional and physiological reactions, like anger, disgust, or anxiety...)

That theme song "Burning petals" by 4bout got me bewitched ♥️ it felt like a mix of central/east asian air music with some indian like singing style but in korean 🤯 Pure art in my humble opinion...

Beauty in simplicity ✨ I loved every bit of it ♥️

The landscapes were breathtaking, the cinematography was amazing, the characters were genuinly portrayed and the emotions were raw and sincere...

This drama was so well writtern that it conveyed so many values and deep thoughts. It gave a whole meaning to the importance of a community, its culture and its heritage. It brings back the viewer to the essence of life and what is really important to live it and love it...

Was that republic of argan war zone part necessary? it felt so far fetched and quite unrealistic with that rescue scene... The drama had its ups and downs but the last episode got me a bit unhooked.

A poetic story about healing through art ♥️

Beautifuly portrayed by the performance of the actors. It felt genuine and sincere. I felt so much empathy watching it and some spoken words resonated with me...

I am glad I finally gave this one all my time, attention and affection 🫶🏻

It's a genuine slice of life/coming of age serie that smartly showcased a period of time with all it's historical facts and specificities. Everything from cinematography/screenwriting/fashion/acting was on point 👌🏻

The synergy of the 5 protagonists was perfect and gave this work a surprisingly refreshing, engaging and endearing result ✨

Watching it aroused all kind of emotions: I laughed, I was saddened, I empathized, I related to some situations... I was so nostalgic 🥹

A work of art: Aesthetically stunning, vibrant, slow, poetic... An ode to longing, lust and love.

I was so hooked by this movie: It reminded me about another masterpiece "In the mood for love" ♥️
Tony Leung never deceives. He gave a whole dimension to his role with his remarquable performance ✨
I also loved the looks, fashion, hair dos, the cinematography, the deepness of the script and the intimate atmosphere.

Cheers,

Magnificent! A work of art ♥️ I loved every bit of it.

The main leads' performance was top notch.

A beautiful story: An endearing father figure and a meaningful son's self-search, life evolvement and fulfilment...

The son's and daughter's deaths and cremation scenes were emotionaly loaded 💔

The aesthetic, period representation and the cinematography were outstanding.

The last scene was a fabulous end: Grattitude goes both ways ✨

Title Drive My Car
Powerful, Deep, Intimate, Introspective...

The writing was powerful: The words were loud in silence. They spoke louder in the scene with the 2 ML exchanging in the car... A lot was said between the lines.

I loved how it called for some thoughts digesting and sinking. I loved the pace and how it evolved...

A surprisingly binge worthy show and an intriguing unexpectable story 👌🏼

After reading the synopsis, I got curious and decided to dive into this one with no high expectations... That's when I got entengled in the cobweb of the story and stayed hooked till the end in one go ^^

Never judge a book by its cover or judge a drama/movie by its synopsis. Many of the works outhere, especially east asian, are relevant and hit the spot if given the time and attention ✨

I loved this one so much ♥️ the story is so relatable and realistic... Even if it ended on a sad note, it was nevertheless joyful, endearing and heart warming.

In life, the most meaningful relationships are not always the ones that are meant to last a lifetime 💔
Adulting and sustaining a living usually causes some damages in a couple life due to the changes of prioroties, responsabilities, hardships, routines...

When we let go of our young cheerful souls while growing, we also ignoringly let go of our life joys and hapiness 🥺

Love is an easy feeling to acquire, yet it is the hardest to sustain if not well taken care of ✨

I am so glad I stumbled upon this movie ✨

This movie conveys a great life lesson to understand the meaning and the value of money. It's also a beautiful story of a real genuine friendship between 2 people 🫶🏼

I was sooooo surprised, overjoyed and felt a kind of pride when I discovered that some scenes were filmed in Marrakesh, Morocco ♥️ My home country.
Beside the non ideal situations that were portrayed in Morocco and could tarnish the viewer's idea about the country, it is still a huge window that promoted the rusticity and the diversity of it to the world 🙏🏼
