I dont think the story is stagnating.. .I think it is a cat and mouse game now and each opponent is seizing the situation and trying to get an edge (e.g. info) and move forward... It is just the matter who is able to ffind something good first -
will CEO Chae find SR's hospital? Or JH push for marriage - "II DO NOT CARE FOR YOUR FEELINGS SR, I AM MARRYING YOU - when SR was saying that it was funny bc she couldnt do anything about it, but JH saying that is SCARY bc he has HY behind him and CAN do it .... ..... Or JW will find the lipstick or something else first? JW and her daughter are soooo naive ... real amateur gold diggers..... Or Professor or his wife will make a move? Or Chairman - he was in the game too! he knew about the blackmailer... Will TS or TP mess up, or BH or JM since they all blabber without a thought? Will JW and her daughter tell about JM to the Chairman? AND SR IS WAKING UP TOO... Ah the preview - so the Lapdog is making his moves... and JM is being exposed... and JH is being evil pushing for marriage and SIDING WITH HIS MOM!!!!

I think realistically... HY will try to kill BH and JM... that is her priority... and so probably she will make the first move there. She will keep on trying this. She can kidnap SH too and blackmail JM to quit being SR.
BUT IT IS tHE GAME OF LIES AND HIDING THEM - how will HY hurt BH and hide it from JH... ???

The emotional stuff will also take a while to work out... BH telling his mom and brother about Professor... JM telling BH about JH.... SR getting out of bed... Then JM had to confess and clear up BH's insecurity (that scene was super important)... Lapdog and his chick HY coming to terms about JH and his dad... and their baby...

This is actually nerve wrecking, not stagnant... This is a thriller at this point lmao

Lapdog was the dad of the son that she miscarried - I think that was just before she stole SR? i remember we were shown scenes about that. JH is a son she had BEFORE - was it even beforeshe met Lapdog??? Seems like it... for sure Lapdog didnt know. If he knew her then, he would know she had a baby. She must have got together with Lapdog after she cleared out JH

Anyone else who finds this drama boring? I am starting to dislike the style of filming and the sheer muck these ppl are in. This drama is mind squid games, really, non-stop lying and manipulations and games. That scene meeting Park and changing the acting illustrates the whole drama

. The whole drama is like ... being in a psych ward listening to inmates... like watching a hidden camera in hell - watching how ppl trip others and climb up over each other.... I cannot relate, I have no interest in that, I keep thinking this is boring and a waste of time... I DO NOT FEEL LIKE I AM LEARNING ANYTHING... !!!! I DO NOT FEEL LIKE thERE IS A MESSAGE, A TRANSFORMATION, AN EVOLVEMENT... and I feel like I stepping into sh.t and I dislike it . .... Perhaps this drama has a message and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.. ??? but this is one dark long boring tunnel.. And there is not one ray of light... it keeps getting worse.

I am thinking Dream Life of Mr Kim looked dreary very long but also showed some signs of his cracking. I dont see any cracking here. Just pushing harder in a wrong direction.

Well said... indeed our own example is the way to go.

The only glitch is that so many ppl do not have good filter... and someone has to speak up to prevent mass disasters... Chinese military spoke up :) bc this new trend destroys supply of healthy strong soldiers.

for example, opium epidemics in China hundreds of years ago... everyone smoked it and it was a trend... Yeah some ppl had a good filter and didnt do it... but MAJORITY was stupid and did it... and it ruined China... so... it would have been good if someone stepped in to stop it somehow.

The only real way is to TEACH PPL TO HAVE A GOOD FILTER but very few governments are interested in that lmao and in fact totally destroy anything like that ... and also society ... promotes bad stuff bc so many ppl make a great living off bad stuff.... This is really a catch 22 :)

Chinese military stepped in to protest this new trend because everyone else is either coward or following the trend - politicians do not dare upset their voters, and parents dont have time to deal with kids and teach them good filters, parents chase money... And as you can see in the comments, ppl think the trend is ok...

I spoke up today to agree that the Chinese Military has a good point :) Their motives are not entirely pure but the basic concern is very very very important - these couch potato boys who look like anorexic teenage girls are NOT going to make good soldiers. They will die as soon as you send them into the training yard to lift a speck of dust. They are SICKLY LOOKING WEAK. Behind that concern is the big concern for the health of the entire nation.

All these anorexic looking pale ppl are not gonna be able to work hard and live long and healthy. THAT IS A HUGE PROBLEM FOR THE WHOLE COUNTRY. Just start thinking of all the costs and problems from that - insurance, hospitals, paying for sick days, time off work, a huge population of very sick old ppl, etc

so yeah although we do not have to protest, we do have to speak up - with our actions first, and yes with our words if it is necessary, and if it is really necessary, we have to protest too. Imo this topic is so huge that it is necessary to speak up to raise public awareness. Do you understand the scale of this? it is about the future of entire China... and it is the same problem in all developed countries, where strong healthy males are becoming extinct - plastic pollution, poisoned food, fast food, indoors lifestyle, etc AND this fetish anorexic look... all the "new" indoors people are making "their" look be THE popular look..
