he is very vibrant and fresh, energetic, enthusiastic, radiant, in his acting, and he acts well, and a huge range of emotions and scenes, by the end of Bon Apettit he could handle full face camera on him for many minutes. So yeah a new star was born. So his greatest challenge will be to keep this up and keep growing even more
He could act anything - he would be good as a mafiozo, as a good boy, a shady guy, anything. He is a great comedian too. Bc he is healthy and energetic, I think he should go for those roles, expressive roles. I think he would be super boring in some "strong and silent" type. But he might be able to do it... I have to see.
Interesting how each actor can have their own "feel" they carry with them. But top actors, master actors, are like chameleons, they transform into anything.... you never know who THEY are, they become the role
And bad actors "act" the same in every piece they are in.... They just change clothes and names LOL but it is the same acting, the same person...
Also, bc some are so good at a particular "acting" they keep getting hired just for that... like the actor who was supposed to do Bon Apettit. he is always a slimey smooth villain... He would be soooo unfit for Bon Apettit King....
Bon Appetit was so fabulous bc LMC had so much vibrancy and comedic feel, and Yoona was a fantastic comedian too and they just rebound off each other, it was AWESOME

Ok if you think so. I did not read any previews or character profiles so I am going only by what I saw. What I saw makes me think that he likes her family and so of course he will be very careful about her, and of course he enjoys her, and he does prioritize her bc she is a part of the family and he enjoys her, but he is not serious about dating her. He is very serious as a family friend.... . She is not someone he is trying to incorporate into his life. He enjoys hanging out but it is all from afar and without a clear plan and determination to tie her down. As I said, organically it can progress once she matures into a woman and he becomes more aware of his feelings. He was starting to, in the last episode when it was clear she was after JP. He was jealous :) But still he was not actively after her to "get her" . I think he is a puppet of his family, they sent him abroad? So his life and YR's life are not compatible and so he isnt pursuing her with dates in mind. He might start now :)
A good example of clear intent is YR's younger brother, who is actively pursuing JP's little sister, to the point of making sure that YR's older brother falls down because JP's little sister said he was cool. Then he makes sure to hold her head, etc. He is very active being around her. That little boy has decided, he is determined and taking action LOL

yes and no... Remember in the car he was very surprised that she was that smart to do the bus protest... He just did not respect her enough. Calling her ugly is definitely NOT a sign that he made up his mind to date her and is just waiting for the right moment!!!! he never put any effort to spend any time with her and become her friend. A guy who knows he is in love and waiting for her WOULD do that.
My point is - he did NOT say "ah, I want to date her and I will wait" - I think he said to himself "this baby girl is so cute and I adore her and I am gonna tease her and be a family friend" Imo He just sees her as someone too young and unsuitable. And she is - too childish and not a woman yet. he hangs around her house bc he likes her family. he is not hanging out for her...
And so yes, in the ideal world this would organically change as she matures, and it did - when she did the bus protest and when he saw her liking JP, he was clearly jealous. But still, he doesnt see her as anything for HIM.

I just checked there are like 2 or 3 trolls giving 5 out of 10 stars for individual episodes..... Those are very nasty morons....
