YR did it bc she saw that JP likes JH. She cared for JP and she wanted him to be happy so she gave him JH to have him happy.
JH did it ... to not upset YR. Clearly she doesnt love JP, he is just fun.

Nah, dont make it up, I wasnt scolding you for protesting the lost leg. I agree with you, it is brutal. However, that was the point. Life was brutal. These girls were totally unprotected and all kinds of bad stuff COULD and DID happen to them. You need to think like a very poor and powerless person to understand the dangers of such life... Those scenes were NOT to get rid of that character. Did you read my post, what I think those scenes were for?

And it was necessary to show something like a lost leg - to show that the company did not want to pay, that they were going to dump her in that state, that it could happen easily to any other girl as the company pushed them to keep the doors open, etc.

If she went to coma or died, then company would not have to pay. If she recovered, then she could get by without company pay. But the way she was, an invalid, and the company did not want to pay, is very very significant. plus everything else I wrote about YR, JH and the other conductors who fought to save someone who bullied them.

It was the end of one ep and repeated at the start of the next ep, JP ran and went into theater for Aema movie and held JH and YR mouth's shut to not scream, and he did voice over looking at YR

i 100% agree with your post and esp assessment of JP. He is immature selfish brat. I also think he wants JH bc she is pretty and sexy and more womanly and "ready to play" and also ready to step forth to protect him, like in the boxing match. She feels more like a woman. YR is like a little baby girl, no dating with that and she is unwilling to step forth and contribute to his life openly, stand up for him, she hides...
but after the bus protest... YR grew up a lot :)

JP does not like YR and he will NOT like YR no matter if he breaks up or not with JH. So,,, YH kicking out JP is a very dumb thing to do...

JH can date JP even if YR likes him. They just wont go on outings all together. Clearly, friendship between JH and YR did not lose one bit bc JH went with JP.

That actor is good for ML bc he is buff and good at acting a strong silent dumb type :) that is required of JP lol since JP is just dumb, chasing the pretty / sexy girl bc it is more interesting. It is a typical male :)

Yes YR was always strong working for others - she sacrificied school and went to work for her family, she was always a strong worker and chased the fare evaders... but as a person, she always felt insecure and insignificant....

The protest showed her true strength as a mature person and visionary, who saw that every conductor is gonna end up like the bully, and she totally did not take revenge on the bully but instead acted in the best interest of all and led the strike. YR IS A POWERFUL LEADER. She is caring, strong, forgiving, does not get stuck in being petty and revengeful, she takes care of everyone.

I do not understand how someone could not understand what is the significance to the relationships... ? A weak person would just say - ah the bully deserved it.... But YR, JH, and all the girls whom the bully bullied, stood up for the bully, bc they understood that they are standing up for themselves too.

The speech that YR gave to all girls, and how they sat, and how YR went to get help, it is all a very very powerful story of grass roots movemetns and profound social change - BY THE LITTLE POOR INSECURE GIRL

JP is super immature at the start of the drama ... so of course he doesnt make a good pair with YR. he wants sexy play pretty JH - but she is too insecure and unstable and also ... she doesnt love him, she just uses his attention.
YR is super childish and insecure at the start of the drama - so of course no guy sees her as a woman, as a dating material... She starts growing up with the bus protest but she is waaaays to go as a woman who would be suitable as a date....
So JP for 7 years uses YR as an attention and care fix, i.e. he takes her for granted and abuses her love for his personal comfort.
He is gonna pay for it LOL he will have to chase YR at the end LOL bc she is precious, she is a very powerful, strong, caring, person and LEADER

The end of ep 1 JP looks at YR and voice over says stuff that means it is two of them ended up together after a loooooong detour LOL

I agree, I think JP is just using YR for attention and care, taking her for granted, and never seeing her for who she really is - a very strong person and a very mature person

The significance of the bully is that she has done so much to hurt YR and her friends and yet they all stood up and fought for her, bc YR IS VERY SMART AND SEES THE BIG PICTURE, NOT JUST SMALL EGOTISTICAL GAIN OF UPPING THE BULLY.

Yes he loves her family and is very loyal. And he is good to her too. BUT he does not value her enough as a date material to step forth and say - I love you, be mine.

Your idea of "mixing" is actually offensive and racist, because it assumes that somehow ppl can be "pure" and that mixing with "bad" people will lower your value. I was talking about genes that show in our facial features. It is not about "mixed" at all in the way you are pidgenholing it. A person's genes can be from eons ago - or not. And bc certain people hate "mixed" and want "pure" so many ppl dont talk about their immediate "mix" and that is unfortunate. Yes, I see your point. Thank you for reminding me about racistm.... .
