he is very vibrant and fresh, energetic, enthusiastic, radiant, in his acting, and he acts well, and a huge range of emotions and scenes, by the end of Bon Apettit he could handle full face camera on him for many minutes.
So yeah a new star was born.
So his greatest challenge will be to keep this up and keep growing even more

He could act anything - he would be good as a mafiozo, as a good boy, a shady guy, anything. He is a great comedian too.
Bc he is healthy and energetic, I think he should go for those roles, expressive roles. I think he would be super boring in some "strong and silent" type. But he might be able to do it... I have to see.

Interesting how each actor can have their own "feel" they carry with them. But top actors, master actors, are like chameleons, they transform into anything.... you never know who THEY are, they become the role

And bad actors "act" the same in every piece they are in.... They just change clothes and names LOL but it is the same acting, the same person...

Also, bc some are so good at a particular "acting" they keep getting hired just for that... like the actor who was supposed to do Bon Apettit. he is always a slimey smooth villain... He would be soooo unfit for Bon Apettit King....

Bon Appetit was so fabulous bc LMC had so much vibrancy and comedic feel, and Yoona was a fantastic comedian too and they just rebound off each other, it was AWESOME

@monster ppl have different tastes and what is funny to me might be crude to you and vice versa. You really need to spend at least 20 mins watching to decide on your own.

Ok if you think so. I did not read any previews or character profiles so I am going only by what I saw.
What I saw makes me think that he likes her family and so of course he will be very careful about her, and of course he enjoys her, and he does prioritize her bc she is a part of the family and he enjoys her, but he is not serious about dating her. He is very serious as a family friend.... . She is not someone he is trying to incorporate into his life. He enjoys hanging out but it is all from afar and without a clear plan and determination to tie her down. As I said, organically it can progress once she matures into a woman and he becomes more aware of his feelings. He was starting to, in the last episode when it was clear she was after JP. He was jealous :) But still he was not actively after her to "get her" . I think he is a puppet of his family, they sent him abroad? So his life and YR's life are not compatible and so he isnt pursuing her with dates in mind.
He might start now :)

A good example of clear intent is YR's younger brother, who is actively pursuing JP's little sister, to the point of making sure that YR's older brother falls down because JP's little sister said he was cool. Then he makes sure to hold her head, etc. He is very active being around her. That little boy has decided, he is determined and taking action LOL

The pirate sites of course will have it... drama cool, my asian, asiaflix.org, go play, etc etc etc That is the last resort possible. Try to give money to Viu and if they dont have it, then... think of plan B.

yes and no... Remember in the car he was very surprised that she was that smart to do the bus protest... He just did not respect her enough. Calling her ugly is definitely NOT a sign that he made up his mind to date her and is just waiting for the right moment!!!! he never put any effort to spend any time with her and become her friend. A guy who knows he is in love and waiting for her WOULD do that.

My point is - he did NOT say "ah, I want to date her and I will wait" - I think he said to himself "this baby girl is so cute and I adore her and I am gonna tease her and be a family friend"
Imo He just sees her as someone too young and unsuitable. And she is - too childish and not a woman yet. he hangs around her house bc he likes her family. he is not hanging out for her...

And so yes, in the ideal world this would organically change as she matures, and it did - when she did the bus protest and when he saw her liking JP, he was clearly jealous. But still, he doesnt see her as anything for HIM.

If he did, he would try to spend a lot more time with her.

BOTH YR and JH did not talk it over at all. Their bad...

YR did it bc she saw that JP likes JH. She cared for JP and she wanted him to be happy so she gave him JH to have him happy.
JH did it ... to not upset YR. Clearly she doesnt love JP, he is just fun.

I think she needs to get rid of her husband as the dead weight in her life, so it would be great if he runs away. She is too loyal to dump him but he is destroying her

Nah, dont make it up, I wasnt scolding you for protesting the lost leg. I agree with you, it is brutal. However, that was the point. Life was brutal. These girls were totally unprotected and all kinds of bad stuff COULD and DID happen to them. You need to think like a very poor and powerless person to understand the dangers of such life... Those scenes were NOT to get rid of that character. Did you read my post, what I think those scenes were for?

And it was necessary to show something like a lost leg - to show that the company did not want to pay, that they were going to dump her in that state, that it could happen easily to any other girl as the company pushed them to keep the doors open, etc.

If she went to coma or died, then company would not have to pay. If she recovered, then she could get by without company pay. But the way she was, an invalid, and the company did not want to pay, is very very significant. plus everything else I wrote about YR, JH and the other conductors who fought to save someone who bullied them.

It was the end of one ep and repeated at the start of the next ep, JP ran and went into theater for Aema movie and held JH and YR mouth's shut to not scream, and he did voice over looking at YR

i 100% agree with your post and esp assessment of JP. He is immature selfish brat. I also think he wants JH bc she is pretty and sexy and more womanly and "ready to play" and also ready to step forth to protect him, like in the boxing match. She feels more like a woman. YR is like a little baby girl, no dating with that and she is unwilling to step forth and contribute to his life openly, stand up for him, she hides...
but after the bus protest... YR grew up a lot :)

2FL made a dumb logical mistake - if she likes JP and clearly JP likes her, what good does it do to break up with him just bc YR likes him????

JP does not like YR and he will NOT like YR no matter if he breaks up or not with JH. So,,, YH kicking out JP is a very dumb thing to do...

JH can date JP even if YR likes him. They just wont go on outings all together. Clearly, friendship between JH and YR did not lose one bit bc JH went with JP.

That actor is good for ML bc he is buff and good at acting a strong silent dumb type :) that is required of JP lol since JP is just dumb, chasing the pretty / sexy girl bc it is more interesting. It is a typical male :)
