Imo HJ is not inherently as evil as YN. He has done some good deeds wheres YN has never ever did any good deed.
He was ok until recently when he made a decision to become evil. His evil is still on the surface but ... he is evil, by his choice.
They are not the same yet bc HJ never killed or harmed anyone YET.
But now yes they are on the same path, although HJ has "good" deeper parts of him, HJ crossed the line into evil and chances are 95% that he will be intentionally causing harm and thus cannot come back

In any case, his wife - and her Dad - are evil monsters, refusing medical service to patients in need, providing VIP care at the expense of other people's lives. I would RUN from that family asap
