I’m on episode 9 and like a dozen other commenters below…yeah I’m completely hooked. I don’t know how this happened but show is the perfect mix of lighthearted yet interesting entertainment. Wei is a precocious baby doll and Zheng…well, he is a lot of things. Charming. Smart. Upright. Yet, somehow sexy. It’s odd but it works. It works well. And the other couple is great also. I’m in love honestly ❤️🖋️🍜💜📔
Found myself missing the soundtrack, especially the opening song, and maybe the kisses as well, so I decided to rewatch this tonight. Oh Lord, this is too good. DQC chopping off Orchids hair as a threat, and she pulling on his hair in reciprocation is too damn funny. 🧚😈🪷🐉🦋❤️
Look, I won’t apologize for shipping Soo Ho and Shi Eun from their first meeting (as if I’m alone in this) nor for rewatching just to investigate this ship more closely. I blame Ji Hoon for being the classic tsundre and I blame Hyun Wook for having buckets and buckets of charisma. 🚢❤️🖤🥊🛵🖊️
Seong Yun O may be the most well written villain ever. And Kim Young Kwang was simply stunning in this role. I’ve never seen any of this work before, tho I knew of him. I’ll be watching his career from now on.

Also just learned about season 3 coming in 2024 and I’m beyond excited. Is it too much to hope for a cameo from Mei Changsu or Lin Su-gege? I dont mean to be greedy but he was literally the best written hero in a drama to ever grace the small screen.
I love Koichi. I love Micchan. I love this show. I love the internal dialogues as well as the pregnant silences. The chemistry between these two is stunning and the actors are so natural in their roles. The precious smile of Micchans while Koichi tried without success to temper his younger siblings….💔💔💔 I’m so so not ready for this show to destroy me.

I figured out my issue with SJK and his romantic pairings! Back in 2016 I saw him for the first time in a show called Sungkyunkwan Scandal in which I hopelessly shipped him with Moon Jae-shin. To be clear, I didn’t comment on acting abilities just that I found the actress annoying. DOTS and Vincenzo for me were perfect examples.
