Honestly if any of the main character that has to die, it should be the crown prince. His ancestor is the big bad. Bai Wei and the former sea emperor already suffered. Now Bai Ying and Su Mo are also suffering. If in the end Su Mo dies it's too unfair. Atleast if the crown prince dies we can say that he is paying his ancestor debt. And he will be useful for once.

Now that's a matter of opinion. And clearly among all the problems, not creating good romance is this drama's biggest fault. With a good romance a lot of mistakes can be forgiven. But since they aren't spending time on the main CP, they can't make people forget their glaring mistakes.
This Yu Han us pissing me off. Honestly think the drama has enough villain without him. Also his scenes are wasting precious times which could have been used for the main leads. They don't have enough romance times even though the drama is coming to an end.

BaiWei and Lang Gan were a together. The former sea emperor used to like her. Lang Gan was jealous and he killed him. Bai Wei died in the process too. They have lot of baggage.
That sister of previous sea emperor created so many problems. Also the sea emperor was too naive and dumb. Su Mo is nice too but he is clear about everything. For now it seems like Bai Wei didn't like Chun Huang. She liked Lang Gan. But he was a jerk and too jealous.
