Preface: Sam Lin should be adored if even for his gorgeous smile and velvet voice. Yes, I am unashamedly biased. He smiles and I believe in world peace πππ
S2 was better, well for me at least. 3 reasons: THE SCENE! Pei Shou Yi and Yu Zhen Xuan. Forgiving in the pain.
Hiii After writing my review i read the comments and saw that there would be a second season (that didn't happen). But…
Yes! Had she only required him to finish school, I would be in agreement. She held on so tightly, selfishly, unwilling to let him share his love with anyone but her. Evenmore so from what she endured with In.
I stopped pitying In after he hurt Wang so deeply without any hope. Had he agreed with him finishing school and then he would be open to a relationship would have seen some freedom in his mind to accept. Him at the end, standing partiality behind the door was a true reflection of his mind. I still desire The On1y One to miraculously get funding and this to get a second part with In going after him. Even if they still do part but it would be from a point of full exploration between two grown adults.

Hi It's lovely to see your intellectual maturity. Many here seem to be easily offended.
Yes it is frustrating. I have not been able to rewatch it due to this. 3 more shows left me with such strong feelings that I haven't been able to rewatch either: 1. Egoist 2. 180 degrees latitude passes through us 3. Kill to Love.
The last one was recently concluded. If you do watch them, I'd like to hear your opinion.
There is no reason for it beyond the shock factor and him being horny. What's humorous to me is Dong Min just…
Yes you are correct as I don't think Dong Min gave any indication to him that he was gay and as you say without a gentle ask, it was sa. Dong Min said from the beginning that he wasn't afraid of ghosts, so he just went along which was a little odd. He'd probably view it as a very awake wet dream. The 2nd nc was simply horrible in performance.
The liberties writers are taking and the poor production levels just shows how the bl market is becoming oversaturated and anything goes. If I were these actors I'd use this as getting experience working infront of the camera. Will it go on my resume? No.
Iβm a bit lost. In episode 2, Dong Min went to bed and suddenly the ghost started kissing him and rubbing against…
There is no reason for it beyond the shock factor and him being horny. What's humorous to me is Dong Min just accepting and going along with it. Must have waiting his whole life to meet such an accommodating ghost. π€£π€£π€£π€£ When he asked him, "should he expect this every night?" I knew he most definitley wasn't moving out. π€£π€£
When this was filmed it was with the expectation of Season 2. Unfortunately, they tried to get funding to complete, as the actors were onboard, but failed. Hence the reason for it to come across as you put it a series of almosts.
The bl factor between the boys would have been completed in S2 as the ending with Sheng Wang failing out of his class was so that he could avoid his feelings for Jiang Tian. Jaing Tian hitting the wall in frustration was his response to the cop out. Jiang Tian had a better understanding of gay relationships due to his history with his father and realized what he felt for Sheng Wang. He wanted to be kissed by him, thus placing himself to be the person he met for the truth or dare. He also returned the kiss to prove the point and to be close to him again without raising his suspicions. Sheng Wang was new to men being gay as seen when he viewed the teachers and his response. It is here the broadening of his mind occurs and begins to view Jiang Tian slightly differently. Also, when he awoke with a morning erection, Jiang Tian is affected by it.
I wrote this not to sway your opinion as you have only seen it recently but may not know the history of the director seeking public funding. So it is understandable that it comes across as almosts without resolutions. S2 not happening has been one of the painful moments for me ever watching bl. I hope no offense is taken.
Okay I have just watched ep1&2 and i would want to give my honest opinion. please do not come for me....I…
Yes, visually they are too close in ages to be seen as father and son. Yes, the translation is horrible. Ni is like a campaign managers assistant. I wasn't expecting the level of Shine but I also wasn't prepared this level which is bordering on Knock Out. MLs are delivering. Big improvement from Ben. In the tags and genre listed above 'light comedy' should be added to give the viewer a better level of expectation.
Overall will still watch cuz I'm so over school productions. Hopefully someone else might do a better sub as it progresses cuz it would be a waste to not understand the full series.
Sometimes we are blessed to view a piece of work that is beautifully crafted on every level. The entire cast are all supreme in their performances but Apo shined brilliantly today. So far this has been the most satisfying series I've ever seen.
In the sea of ordinary, I still find myself floating happily along with Si Yeol and Ae Jun. Fully prepared for next week's angst from the misunderstandings and noble decisions, tho my heart is moved by Ju Ha's pain, I will wait for them to make me smile again. They're so cute together. π
There are different levels of ease among actors who do explicit scenes. MileApo have proven they are first class in the way they are intimate with each other. I have not seen Son or Euro before so they are new. Idk if they have worked together before but I've come to admire their work also. The quality of their skills as actors is evident. Gifted and true professionals. There is bl and then there is this. Apo said it's man love and it fits. I'm happy that the nc is not used for shock value but the natural progression of two people desperately falling in love.
This entire production is completely different from anything I've seen before and cautiously I say, may go to the top of my list. Cautiously, as Thai productions tend to drag a story and then gallop in the last episode. Every actor has brought their A game which immediately raises the bar and expectation. The snippets of humor balances out the tense drama behind the smiles. The cinematography is spectacular.
I don't want to speculate on who will do what or where the story is going. I want to enjoy every moment as it is revealed as we may not see another of this calibre in a long while. My only hope is that it continues in the same vein and ends as beautifully as it began.
PS Actors and especially bl actors who can not interract skillfully at this level with their partners or individually in their roles should sign up for classes where ever these were taught.
