Binged it in one go pretty much. I thoroughly enjoyed it, shame it never got another season. I do want to watch MIU404 soon as it's apparently set in the same universe.
I gave it a 10/10, my only complaint is that I want more.
I wonder what kind of cameo they'll have in that upcoming film.
Mouse is one of my favourite kdrama . I watched that drama without even searching a single word. Someone could…
Lucky, I knew about the big twist of the show by like the 2nd episode because I was stupid enough to read some spoilers/comments on it. I genuinely wish I had watched it whilst it was airing.
Finally watched this and it was sensational albeit bleak. I'm so glad I stayed away from spoilers because another drama where I accidentally came across a spoiler and actually ruined the experience for me was for the K-drama, Mouse, I wished hadn't got spoiled for it especially for that drama.
The music and iconic intro, I especially loved it when the pig mask turns around to end the intro opening, just looks so ominous. Even though they revealed stuff, I genuinely thought that maybe because he's insane, he's misremembering stuff.
I can't really find fault in the series and the fact that I binged it one go essentially, I'm giving it a 10/10.
It's my understanding that you haven't watched the series yet. A shit tonne of K-Dramas for the past couple of…
Understandable and this definitely an effect that happens depending on how you consume media in general, either you watch in full or skim through the show by skipping scenes. I can't bring myself to skim any type of media tbh, need to watch it in it's full glory.
I have definitely felt Kdrama burnout a few times which is definitely exasperated when it feels like there isn't anything good to watch.
I do the same as I'm very selective over what I watch, I was recently recommended "The Lies Within", watched 2 episodes and felt the show was weak.
Absolute recent bangers that I can think of are Kidnapping Day and the J-drama Gannibal. Will be watching King of Pigs soon.
Depends on what kind of show you want to watch, I personally am looking for a dark thriller or a mindfuck one, which is hard to come by these days.
Why the cameos after cameo, is writing that bad that they using this tactic?
It's my understanding that you haven't watched the series yet. A shit tonne of K-Dramas for the past couple of years have been just utter shit/crap/tripe, whatever you want to call it but this is NOT one of them. It's refreshing and unique that it legit mixes up the order of how a generic K-Drama plays out. The acting is on-point as well.
I want to watch this. Apparently it was released on a streaming service in Taiwan in December 2023 and they filmmakers plan to make a website to host the movie.
Would be nice to see this on Amazon Prime or Netflix.

From my understanding the animated movie's ending for King of Pigs is a bit different.
