She played the younger version of the FL in previous season, So i think they cast her because many chinese watchers might accept her as FL instead of other actresses .I have no problem with that but if they wanted to cast her then they could have wait for at least one and half year for her turning into an adult. I know there will be no kissing or intimate scenes but still it's not okay.She was the fl in reopen my journal but she had no love line in that drama and that drama was about family ,friendship, youth life. But here it's obvious she and ml are lovers. Her family also has fault in it.

Xie Jing Xing wasn't 20 (most probably 17 or 18 years old )when he first met her after her rebirth as far i remember .so i can say they more likely have 4/5 years age gap at most .But he felt shen miao was 11 years old when he first met her because of her baby face but actually she was 14 years old . well i also prefer young cast but i don't want to mean to cast teenagers lol .For example they casted zhou ye as He Yan ,i hope they would choose cast like that.

The glory should be said is inspire from the novel instead of an adaptation. The character names and some of their characteristics are same but the plot has many differences .They did well till now but personally i didn't like them making the ml as the fl's bro-in-law .The ml's first wife was fl's sister ,they had a daughter .I watched many stories of single dad or single mom trope. But I am not comfortable in watching bro-in-law turned husband trope or sis-in-law turned wife unless their first husband/wife was evil .That's why i couldn't continue watching it.😔
So they should better not to change character setup in this adaptation .Also the rebirth trope is different than the double and LOTFG because here the fl will return to the past.
