Yeah loved it first but it's dragging too much now. 2 more eps let's see how it ends...
Yah the characters keep doing the same things over and over, making the same dumb mistakes. It's frustrating. I do like the show overall, but wish I'd waited to binge it cause then I would have noticed it drag so much.

Do we have any idea how this is going to end? I'm worried but also holding out hope for a potential happy ending.…
Trying to look at their character flaws for the answer. Her flaw is that she cannot face her own pain, and so that pain gets transferred to everyone around her instead. And his flaw is that he cannot live for himself, only for others. In a tragedy the characters cannot overcome thier flaw and it causes them to lose everything, in a happy ending they are able to overcome them.

They seem to have both made a big step to overcome their fatal flaws by the end of ep 12, so I would ASSUME they will get at least a bittersweet ending or a happy one.

Dad has been really making the point that their feelings for each other is what causes their misery, and we know he twists the truth so I would guess that instead of denying themselves the joy of their feelings at every turn like they did in their past lives, they will win by embracing them fully with courage.

An interesting loose end is that Min Oh isn't dead--that would hint at Joon Oh coming back to life. -OR- at Do Ha embracing the memories of Joon Oh and maintaining a close relationship with his brother.

My other guess is that once the curse is broken Do Ha and Ri Ta will have a chance to go back and live their lives in the past again. And then in the future will be reborn as Ri Ta and Joon Oh and the end will be a funny meet cute implying they fall in love.

No, it's not funny.

It's hilarious.

Bulking up is good, dropping an unhealthy amount of weight fast is bad. Regardless of gender, this shouldn't be…
I bring up an issues when I see it, I don't go out looking for things to comment on. Like you, I see something that sparks a reaction in me and comment on it.

I wish I could have explained myself so that you could understand the point I was trying to make rather than getting stuck on the weight thing, which isn't the point at all, and distracts from the more important discussion. I see that I won't be able to actually discuss that part of it with you, so I'll disengage at this point. But appreciate you engaging in conversation nonetheless.

If that the case, then in 1500 years why didn't he notice his evil father existence?
He's never said he doesn't notice his father's existence.

women already face so much scrutiny over their weight bragging about being 37kg adds to the already huge problems…
Women get too much scrutiny about their weight, you say? YOU are scrutinizing her body and weight -- what gives you the right to say she can't be proud of dropping to that weight level as an actress. Are you her doctor? Is it your body? Do you get to decide what weight a woman is allowed to be? "Women get too much scrutiny so I'm going to add to that by saying she's too thin." -- How does that help women face less scrutiny?

Whether it's "right" or not was not mentioned in my post at all. I said exactly what you proved -- that no matter what a woman does there is a crowd of people calling her too thin, too fat, too this, too that. And men do not get remotely close to that same level of scrutiny when they make body modifications.

If you read my post again, that was the point. Not whatever inferences you created from it.

Men who bulk up often use steroids or other unsafe substances to gain muscle quickly. How is that healthy?

Can you quote the part of my comment that said anything about whether this was something actors or actresses should be doing? I never made any opinion on the act itself, I only called out the double standard of the amount of commentary men get vs women about altering their bodies.

this ain’t a k drama lol They had six years of love, connection and happy moments, that’s not remotely a waste
This is how one thinks before being in real, adult relationships. You'll see. Love is not as cheap as you are claiming in your ignorance. it is much more beautiful than the k dramas make it seem.

It's okay.. You are just a hateful person with some serious issues. I understand so I hope you seek some help…
My intent was to have a mature dialogue about a serious issue for women that means a lot to me. Sometimes reality is not pleasant.

It seems really important to you that I am hateful and have issues—why is that? What does this bring up for you? Your time may be better spent exploring that within yourself rather than projecting whatever is going on with your own feelings and issues onto me.

I like both storylines but it’s kinda weird now to have him falling in love w two different women in the same show via present day and flashbacks. Cause yeonghwa tho a reincarnation of ri ta is not the same woman, so it feels like he’s not falling really for yeong hwa but only sees her as ri ta, and then if he does actually fall for yeong hwa it’s almost like he’s betraying his love for ri ta.

I would have liked instead for them both to be possessed by their past selves OR for jun ho to be like partially possessed by do ha so it would be like a new love between two people who had a shared tragic past life.

I get the sense that the step father is deeply jealous of DH, because even though he raised and trained him, he relies on DH for his own fame and fortune, and sees that DH is a greater man than he is. And so has to keep up this illusion of control and power over him.

I think DoHa killed his stepfather. He has a death mark right on his heart.
I hadn’t considered that! I’m so so so curious why she ended up killing Do Ha. She must have had a good reason and I’m sure that reason is gonna be heartbreaking as hell.

I wonder if step daddy convinced her to kill do ha for some greater good and then she found out he manipulated her and she killed him.

I'm hooked on this drama because of the historical story. The modern plot is so boring.
I honestly love both. The past story is so dramatic and passionate, and the modern day is fun and mysterious .
