I’m looking forward to binging this when it’s done. From the preview of episode 9, it looks like we will have a bit of Takara’s perspective. I read the manga and am enjoying the similarities and differences. 💙
the trailer is already over 1m views. its getting a lot of love I think.
The number of waiting watchers may be because it’s been 2 years of accumulation whereas Happy Ending has a significantly shorter time. I’m sure the numbers will increase as more time goes by. Maybe sharing clips from the trailer on social media sites will help promote (though that doesn’t seem to make a difference on airing, as we see with Wuju Bakery.) I’ve shared clips on IG but I’m shit at editing clips because I refuse to pay for an app to help and am generally lazy with video editing 😊)
I know Jeff being in Vamp? What is the second one?
I was informed that Happy Ending isn’t vamp. Maybe Jeff is playing some sort of supernatural or Joker-like character- the trailer gives vamp vibes though.
I got finished with episode 3 and am so confused tbh. What is happening? Which storyline is reality? I feel like I’m watching pieces of different stories. I hope 4 brings it back together if I’m gonna just set this series aside.
Takara has been so patient with Taishin as he navigates these new feelings and situations. He clearly has been interested in Taishin for a while now, but giving Taishin just enough space and guiding him to understanding when necessary. It’s a sweet balance and he does it well. I’m interested in how he will navigate this new concept Taishin was introduced to- the idea of a couple suiting each other and how varied a meaning it can have. Because Taishin’s innocence suits the innocence inside Takara that he protects/guards but reveals just a bit when he looks into the marbles. The fact that he shows that part of himself to Taishin is really special and tells a lot about his feelings for Taishin.
I know its not over but I see myself rewatching this like I do for the series Takara-Kun and Amagi-Kun, Mr. Unlucky Has No Choice but to Kiss, and the My Beautiful Man series (seriously love them all).
I love love love Fort. Like, especially cute Fort and serious, means business Fort. I am also in the camp of not caring about the GL storyline. I usually skipped through their scenes. Mook is hella cringe for me.
The ending after everything totally felt rushed. And after those steamy NC scenes, I was expecting the steamy make up moment. Nope. We get…watches and cuddles in bed? 🤔🫤 Maybe they’re saving it for a special? Please hold the GL and give us some MutRak fire.
This was so wonderful of them. They knew we would be missing them and gave us their time for this. So many funny moments. And Jungkook with the Tapatío and Twinkies (both my faves- I usually buy 2 boxes at a time too 😂There’s a banana cream flavored one I adore). Jimin being a mosquito buffet and Jungkook wandering off and forgetting what he was supposed to be finding 😆 I love how they are together. I am looking forward to their return next year. Until then, this ARMY will satisfy my BTS hunger with this show and the other gifts the guys have prepared for us while they’re gone. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜(🇺🇸)
This new chick I’m SO not a fan of. She’s so victim-coded. No one else’s trauma is worse than hers so only she deserves Kohei? Girl, please. I hope it doesn’t take long for him to set her straight. Probably a whole episode or two of Taichi being pushed further and further aside before Kohei does something about her. But based on the cast list, she may be here to stay, unfortunately. (She doesn’t have “guest” or an episode appearance list, which would be reassuring).
Japan! What are you doing to me?! So many good BLs at a time. I’m in BL heaven this summer.
I love the story and the beginnings of chemistry between these two MLs. Mamiya is adorable and Sahashi is as determined as he is fed up with Mamiya’s unrequited love devotion to Tanouchi (who HAS to know because come ON!). Sahashi was honest about his intentions as soon as he decided to go for Mamiya, and I’m here for it. “He’s mine” was clear- Back off and let Mamiya go, married clinger! Bro is older. No way he doesn’t know Mamiya has harbored feelinga for him. He probably thinks if he ignores it and keeps on acting like a good senpai, that would be a kindness rather than rejecting him straight up.
Yup. Japan has done it again for me. I LOVE the characters and the story and I’m hooked. Isumi is so grumpy cute. And Amasawa is so puppy cheerful in the face of Isumi’s total catlike personality. Amasawa buried the gap completely, which I love. 🥰🥰🥰
I started watching this drama because of Lee Jung Ha and am staying for the ride. I’ve only seen episode 1 so far, but I don’t find HanSu that annoyingly naive. Naive, yes. Annoyingly so? Not really. The character fits JungHa’s personality well. In any event, he makes me smile. 😊
I totally agree. I’ve binged up to 19 episodes now. I know more has been released as of today, but I want to watch 4-5 episodes at a time, so I’m trying to pace myself. I wasn’t sure I’d like this drama, but the deeper I dive, the more I love it. 🥰
