If they introduced him early, the angst will increase because lots of plotting is taking place around leads, I am surprised how just with brief introduction drama succeeds in revealing Prince Annan's true character, he is upright, follows military law, treats prisoners of war with respect, even without memory treats Fl with respect because he is impressed by her as an enemy general who is competent.
I thought these episodes will cause more angst but enjoyed watching yesterday's episodes, even in such a situation they have positive interactions. I just hope show is great till end, I can't find anything to complain because I am enjoying every episode without skipping.
Prince Annan is cool, he is an excellent strategist, it would be nice if there was a spin-off series etc with that character.

I agree, this drama is done well, good presentation of the story, the best part, story focus mainly on leads they interact a lot, for major portion of the drama they are together, we get introduced to other characters, like people around FL, ML also have positive interaction with them all, when Fl friend the doctor lady had a crush on the soldier & he was not into her, we are shown how she handled it well i.e. she moved on in a very positive manner, ML even advise the soldier even if he doesn't like her treat her better but make it known he is not in love with her etc, these are all done is smooth manner, bad guys don't waste time plotting etc & dragging story they move on fast after doing their bad things, like at first we are shown Sect bad guy & Queen later we are shown other people that threatens leads they all don't waste time & ruin story with their antics they come at the time they are needed to do their things & go when they are not needed for the story, even when CP changes he is not in every episode after that change doing bad things etc he is in the scene when needed then is not shown when story don't need the character's presence, I feel every character shown in this drama was used well, they served their purpose, this drama had so much positive interaction of leads.
Love the music. Lead actor is excellent as Jin An, Prince ANNAN, & Man in black, FL as always great, I like her voice & enjoy her dramas. Hope this drama ends keeps up this momentum till the end.

He is starting to forget, he forgot his interactions with few people including her brother at a certain stage he will forget her as well, maybe his memory will go back to the point where he was turned using Jade, his strong love for her was created by the jade as she was his blood master, but later maybe he developed his own feelings, but the jade was the one that first created the spark, so if he forgets his love for her, he will forget all his interactions with people she cares etc, maybe now he feels strongly for his brother so he wants to get revenge but wants to not harm her, but plans can fail once he forgets.

Yes, that is the speciality of novels written by the author, there is enough story, no need for dragging the story with irrelevant things. But also this depends on the person directing & writing the script, even when author of a novel be part of the production process having full control sometimes it might fail to do justice to the source material, The shining film is not liked by the author, but everyone prefer the film over the novel.

He will forget his love for her, he was losing that memory related to her, he forgot his interactions with her brother etc, maybe he will remember events before he met her strongly.

This drama is wasted potential, the cast has done well, story gets dragged, some scenes are great when viewer is entertained suddenly the next scene will be bad or pointless, only episode 33 managed to hold strong & showcase the best, i.e. leads go to get the herb story focused only on that part nothing distracting. The drama is not bad, but it's not great either.
Characters broke their character, some characters at the end feel like they had no purpose because their actions are confusing, elder council were putting so much expression when rat elder was punished but after that they don't have much importance in the story, leads cousin might be mistaken for the lead for the importance give to that character in the story he was everywhere in every story situations, some scenes he was great some he was irritating & was there just to waste scenes to drag story etc. They should have just reduced the episodes & presented all this better.
Leads were good, feel they were wasted in this drama, they could have shined even better in a better drama, hope they do get a better drama, critics will butcher this drama, fans will like it, but drama critics will butcher this it has everything they dislike.

I am not fan of the actor, but enjoyed FL dramas etc, watching it because like stories of the author of the novel.

CP is alert, but he was never a character with excellent skills, he loves FL, what's the point of always acting, CP don't know things happening behind his back like what his father's intention is & what his brother wants to do etc, he even said he is trying to stay away from the sights of his brother.
In the case of Love between fairy & devil, I watched both donghua & drama while it was airing & I was confused because I was like watching two different stories, donghua has devil & fairy in one body as fairy lost her body, while she is sharing his body they fight powerful beings etc devil is like summoning powerful spirits one after another like it's nothing, fairy only has a crush in the donghua & that crush is killed by the Gods, suddenly devil gets, so angry fairy's crush is killed he fights all the Gods gathered there even goes to hell to get his soul when fairy asks why he is doing this, devil says he wants to make him his subordinate, but one can say devil didn't like crush of fairy getting killed unfairly, when comes to drama there was a triangle going on around that time in donghua her crush was killed.
Reason I mentioned these dramas have a habit of changing scenarios from novel, so check the novel before thinking story scenario is similar to other dramas etc.
In Novoland: Eagle Flag drama they created two new characters one is the aunt of FL another love interest of ML, FL & SL are in love in drama but in donghua both leads are interested in FL, but she is never shown being in love with SL at least still that fight in the hidden temple but drama version cut also best fight scenes, they even made the cousin of ML older & made her to become wife of her enemy for revenge but in donghua she is a girl who stays behind when ML starts his journey.
Not all donghuas follow novel story fully but still they don't go the drama route of completely changing the story in such way some characters will be missing, or they might be doing different things in drama version etc.

I think his intentions were not shown because things happened fast like his junior brother fell down then he returned & then they found out fox demon is being tracked by the time ML reached that nuwa temple things were happening fast, more like ML never had a chance to explain & SL was good at manipulation & using chances he got to cause rift between leads plus bad writing is the highlight which cause character to break character for story purposes. I believe ML would never hurt FL & same for FL unless SL manipulates the scenario such way an accident happens etc.

I would rather blame writing, leads are breaking their character, those two if follow their original character would never mistrust each other, rather even if others they trust spoke bad about them, they are smart enough to think for themselves & decide what to do in a better way.

He is manipulating FL, who treats him as a friend, also he is trying to make decisions for her, sacrificing demons for her & his actions lead the sect to their doorstep etc he is not worried about casualties, I am sure by the end story will try to defend his actions.

Check other dramas based on the novels of Jiu Lu Fei Xiang they all are entertaining, so far none of those dramas have disappointed me.

The novel is written by a woman, I have watched almost every drama based on her novels & enjoyed them, her dramas have the most positive interaction of leads in costume dramas, with very low frustrating elements, i.e. don't use that angle to drag down the story.
Can't blame that guy he has crush/respect for FL then this unknown guy comes & gets close to her, so he is jealous plus believes that guy is danger etc but mainly jealous. If it was another drama they would have made this part more annoying & frustrating.

Slow paced, low budget but still good, it's taking its time (story is developing slowly) but as story progress more will happen, what's the point of wasting money & making a bad drama, good story can be told with less budget & being smart one such e.g. is Evil Dead. I am worried about the cliffhanger ending paving way to a sequel.
First episode reveals about the creator & angels, plus gives info that big evil was sealed & angels in human form they were hurt by actions of humans etc with awakening of another angel who was sealed, next episode one scene shows how humans hurt them & what they decided to do after the event & now they don't have powers & evil force are moving with their plans & episode ends with fight, like that more will happen in coming episodes. I can't say this is bad but rather say the story is slow paced its low budget maybe money is spent on the actors but if they are confident to tell the story with low budget good.

Film is entertaining, nothing to complain about, got more than what was expected before watching this film.

There are dramas with Reverse Harem, few of them being, lost you Forever, Jun Jiu Ling, Princess Silver.
Empress Wu had a harem.
I found drama version of donghuas, which cut the harem part, made them just friends or removed some characters to focus on one love interest etc, by harem mostly meant cultivation dramas/donghuas.
Battle Through the Heavens have harem, but drama version focused on protags childhood friend, most popular Joy of Life has harem but drama version focus on only one love interest. At least Great Ruler protag only has interest in one lover so it works, but drama version does injustice to donghua version which is very superior & shows how cool & powerful the protag is.
Compare Reverse Drama with harem drama versions based on novels/donghuas, talking about new dramas didn't watch older drama's that had less censoring a lot so can't comment on them, reverse drama has more freedom regards to harem element compared to male protag having harem stories which get changed to one lover rest just friends or removed.

Sadly, her name got dragged in an idol scandal, she was innocent, but the damage was done, she did an interview that talks about the scandal etc.

One k drama that is still missing is Nine Puzzles, maybe licensing issue.
