The english titles are often misleading or have nothing to do with the native title. It's the same for Hollywood productions. Not sure why this is so common. Length can indeed test ones patience. I still give longer C-Dramas a chance, because I've seen really good ones with up to 50 episodes. Fillers can be dealt with by skipping scenes or watching at higher speed. I'm depending on my mood, haha. Like you say, when you're not in the mood for a particular drama, you can't force it. You will probably end up hating it though it had potential to become a favorite when you've had been in the mood for it.
