Heaven Official's Blessing did not start filming yet, it's scheduled for this summer (second quarter of 2021), not even the cast has been revealed yet. Okay, I give up. You got me. xD I've been lurking on this drama for a while now, unsure if I should watch it and my pro's and con's were equal on it so I was stuck on my decision. Your article convinced me to give it a try at least. I mean if someone puts so much effort, time and dedication into an article, the drama must be worth it, right? ;) Also applause for covering so many aspects of lengthy dramas and the ways of watching them. While dark dramas aren't my top favorite I do stray to the dark side once in a while and enjoy it. ^^ Will definitely watch Beyond Evil as it was recommended to me because of the leads chemistry. A dark drama I recommend is Duel (2017).
I'm a fan of Priest and the drama adaptions Guardian and Word of Honor (Legend of Fei started so boring that I gave up on it for the time being >.<') but haven't read the novels yet as Zhen Hun wasn't fully translated when I watched the drama. Plan to read them though. For me Priest's stories are a guarantee of good material for a drama and I add them all without second thought. So yep, big fan. :)
Since it's impossible to watch every drama out there I really like your series because that way I can get wonderful quotes and life lessons from those dramas I didn't watch. Thank you! :)
I'm confused bc all I see if bad reviews but it has a 8.9 score?
I wouldn't take that review seriously. How can someone objectively rate a drama based on one episode out of sixteen? As for "bad acting", I've seen the male lead actor Choi Tae Joon in two dramas so far and he's a good actor in my opinion. ^^
