This is purely speculation but 2018 Guardian (also a bromance based on BL novel) got so popular that it was even taken down by the officials. Maybe the production team of KaH wanted to avoid the already triggered, critical eye of the government this year. Could still be of censorship though. They tend to be more thorough in censorship with following titles when a drama with BL/bromance material got "too" popular.
The lack of car seat was indeed wrong. In my country they actually give enema before birth, it's not a must though so that's accurate as well. I wouldn't take the drama too seriously, it's fictional after all and not telling the story of a real existing person. :)
I loved it so much! I was so disappointed when I realized there were only going to be 8 episodes.
It does left me with the wish for more episodes but I loved how well paced the story was. I's way better than having 16 episodes and a dragging story. :)
