The couple's chemistry is FIRE and it's the most realistic couple scenes I've ever seen in a drama ever (One of those pairings people wonder if they date irl after the drama, especially since the actress got suspisiously divorced after the drama after THAT chem lol). The directing of their scenes, they're such a hyper realistic Cuddly couple that makes one Warm inside.🥰 3.) It's possibly the best Relationship Buildup I've ever seen. Excellent writing. 4). I've never seen such an Hyper- Emotionally Supporting pairing like this before. They are the definition of "Being There for each other through dark times (&danger!)".
Basic plot: Ömer (ML) is a cop + Elif (FL) a designer, who suddenly experience mutual tragedy as his fiance and her father are one day found murdered together in a car. They begin investigating together, while constantly being put in danger. Also family is a central theme. And Diamonds.

But they have chem since ep1, which builds up slowburn nicely. But also lots of Thriller where leads are always in danger!), Melodrama, Slice of Life. It gets more melodramatic later on. Good ending (Let me know if you want spoilers if happy or sad ending).

No, I'm not into Asian Historicals. Which is surpising given how much I LOVE LOVE European Historical Tv series 😅
Maybe the cultural difference becomes too much, comapred to with modern drama. Or maybe they just focus on too many characters for my taste, or the wrong things.
Well, I've mostly watched K Historicals, and they Consist of 99% Repeat the same formula of "PLOTTING FOR THRONE focused on at least HALF THE SHOW, even when the story is Unique like an Unique Lawyer/Painter/Bandit Lead character's story...But rather than focus on lead the story focus on PLOTTING FOR THRONE BACKGROUND CHARCTERS at least 50% of the time I'M NOT INTERESTED, I mean They are more MORE REPETETIVE&Cliche than Chiche Romcoms!!!😅😅😅
I will try some C historicals when I'm more in mood for historicals.
20th Century Historical Kdrama can be quite good, depends, I like some. Like Chicago Typewriter. 😍 Mr Sunshine was boring/too slow, too mcuh of a Love Hexagon, too many characters and main leads' romance looks like Uncle-Niece in age difference 😅👎 Girls Generation 1979 was lovely, but now unrewatchable because one actor is later now ousted as rapist irl. 🤮 Considering downloading all eps and making an Edited version of the drama without him in it (He's not the only lead, multiole mains, so show watchable without him).
Thai Lakorn Historicals I DO tend to like, because despite having also large cast they STILL focus MAINLY on LEADS 90% OF the time, Thai Culture is closer to Euroean (less over the top alien feeling compared to chinese & korean historical) and have more Meloromance in them too mixed in.
I've tried 20th century C historicals, they all repeat same Revenge plot lol 😅 Even though I like Rvenge plot, but so far haven't liked it in 20ty histlrical cdrama.
I like LiXian 's Shooting Star which aired same time as Will Love In Spring. His costar actress is cute there too. Watched like 3 eps so far. Will continue that when I'ev finished other dramas.
RIGHT NOW, I'm in Mood for ACTION/THRILLER/Mystery Romcoms, Finishing a list of those Ive aligned up for Next to watch.
