Way too much gore for me, prefer more light horror like Happiness and A Korean Odyssey, that isn't too scary. Could've been good/ok otherwise but I can't make it past ep 2 it's way too much!
Great potential ruined by a misogynistic screenwriter who made the whole plot revolve around the male lead and female lead a disrespected sidecharacter rather than an equeal co-lead 🤦🏻♀️ Found it unwatchable after this started happening sigh
Edit: Just rembered the screenwriter is female 😅 which only makes it worse, internalized misogyny by women themselves 🤦🏻♀️
Omg this is my dream pair, please drama gods don't screw this one up!!!
Yes it's one of mine too! Hopefully this drama delivers also good writing, fingers crossed! (How many times have screenwriters ruined potentially good dramas,I've lost count!)
The badly written version of Chicago Typewriter. 😅 Everyone just go watch that one if you want a better 1900s political intrigue historical. And a much better love story there too, and not the love at first sight nonsense of Snowdrop
Or the jdorama Totto TV set in 1950s-2000s.
Snowdrop also made the mistake of making the episodes too long.
Watching Snowdrop currently, just came to check what country she is from and it just HAPPENS to be her birthday today when checking this page LOL Happy birthay!
I thought she was european, but I guess french-canadians can also come across like us europeans. Anyway finally a good english speaking foreigner in kdrama, they usually tend to be awkward ones. 😅 Also her fun mini sismance with spy Yoo In Na is fun to watch . 👌
Tvn is not Bad but Ocn is 1000 times better ( well in my opinion of course ). I don't say all Ocn dramas are good…
If you read webtoon or the mangwa you can see that the athmosphere is indeed very dark(&dare I say even very depressing...had to watch comedies after finishing webtoon), and one of the producers of this drama is YLAB, producer of the mangwa, so I indeed I think we can expect a very dark athmosphere regardless of whether on OCN or TvN. So when it comes to that, channel won't matter. As for likable villains, both Van and Miho are like villain leads, one kind of psycho the othe one bitchy tough and selfish at the start, so that wish of yours of dark complex yet likable characters also happening.
However no plot description !? lol, not even on the drama's page
