As IF production would've let her stay on in such a high stakes project (if you read more behind the scenes stuff, one of its production companies is aiming to launch a Korean Marvel through Island and then to hopefully do more K-hero/comic adaptions after Island as a Marvel-esque franchise if Island is succesful enough).
She HAD to drop out, saying it was a mutual decision/agreeing to it without complaints was the face-saving way, she's just smart enough to claim it "her choice" to drop out.

Same. Or in this case I'm conflicted because Lee Sang Yeob, a highly underrated actor is also in it, but hmmm not sure, I want to watch it for him but avoid it because SYJ :/

I remember Live watching the Time drama she ruined w her ex, even some staff had to get hospitalized from all the stress of filming during those cirmustances, all Yeji cared about was "Do not touch my bf, not even in ACTING" , even when it affected others heavily. Sigh, big let down, she was among my faves (as was her ex too, double let down!) :(

Jintaek reminds me of So Ji Sub. Very similar personality and vibes! Super manly cool yet sensitive and honest. I have like a crush on both now ha ha 😍

So Yeon and Yewon are the queens !! Beautiful and down to earth, I was suprised how all guys didn't drool over them

He does have similar SMILE w Siwon too now that you mention it, but I feel like, beside him sharing more rounded face and bigger build like Jisub, his overall vibe and personality is more like So Ji Sub too 😍
