So I watched 2 eps so far and really bored, I find the female lead so boring and see the jealous sister as far more sympathetic, will the character get more interesting when she realizes about her tragic disease or otherwise later on or should I just drop this?
The loveline between JH & Anna still feels forced to me, sorry. I mean, I found his reaction to Anna's…
I'd say GUILT over having nearly killed the girl was a big motivation behind his protectiveness over AnNa, however it is weird how little he cares for his revenge now...Then again, the trauma/revenge motivation wasn't strong enough to begin with, he really should want revenge for his colleagues turning on him, not for Rania who he may not have even loved/just pitied.

It seems the writer's biggest struggle is the internal lives of the characters, character motivations are crucial to a believable/relatable/touching story! Writer-nim please study psychology or something!
Shipping JeHa & AnNa, however I hope the writer steps up and writes them better from now on, mainly shipping them for their potential, not because of what has actually been shown, which isn't very believable honestly. Now that AnNa opened up about her mum on the rooftop and them Actually spending time together, it's starting to become more believable. Now JeHa needs to open up about his emotional scars to her too so the connection is built believably. Writer-nim please deliver!
I'm at episode 3. Is it just me or it's something about the scene - I keep falling asleep in the middle…
I find ep3 was a boring ep (except the car chase) compared to the other eps. Maybe that's why? Ep 4 was exciting again.
Btw which scene was it that made you fall asleep?
I almost watched this whole dorama with no breaks (10 hours straight!), only reason I didn't was because I got so tired I had to sleep...That's how good this was! Endlesslessly fascinating! Now added to my "favorite dramas" list!
A little boring the first 20 min but after that it's an entertaining watch, and also makes you think about relationships and the differences between men and women. The two leads also match well and keep you rooting for them, both separately as characters and for them to be endgame! The video tips man is charming and entertaining as well
I think writer-nim shouldn' t have made JeHa's reason for revenge solely to avenge his ex. Now he's either stuck in the past unable to have feelings for AnNa but has a reason for revenge or he 'll fall for AnNa but the reason for revenge would be gone. Sigh. I hope something else happens, something else more impactful so he has a reason to work with AnNa and take revenge
Basically, people have been complaining that it's too dramatic. Oh well, then I guess drama is just not your thing, go back to watching your comedies then!
Can't wait to see how the relationship of JeHa and AnNa develops! It would be interesting if she could break through his coldness to such an extent that his Icecold nerves would start fading away, thus making for a more insecure, emotional and NOT unbeatable action hero!
