(I thought since she's moving to the US with her new husband, that we wouldn't see her in kdramas anymore. 😅 Happy to have been wrong!) I'll guess she'll ocasionally be in korea for a few months fipming stints.

ANYWAY, plot sounds really Interesting too!!

I HATE school setting in dramas, I'm glad they changed it to office setting!
Too much screen time ends up on boring student side plots and less time for the leads!

Hopefully they'll do more than just typical office romcom though, but even if they don't, still better than school setting romcom.

So many dramas with potential got boring because of school setting !
Just look at Undercover High School and The Midnight Romance in Hagwon !

What happened to her previously she chose bad roles and then doesn't work as frequently, which is bad for her career.

Plus ,I've never a fan of "True to original" adaptions. What's the point.They lack creativity. Just ReRead the original, don't go around demanding a rehash of the same old same old!

The King The Land remake is definitely a must watch once it has aired more eps - it has one of the best Turkish screenwriters with the best hit dramas behind them, they freaking wrote The great Kiralik Ask!

The O.C. >>> Turkish drama Medcezir.
They even fixed some issues with the original and improved on it. I recall the Turkish version being slightly better, having more depth.

Call My Agent remake (Original series is french, Then there is kdrama remake version, then there is bollywood version and turkish version too. I only watched original French & Turkish remake version. Both French orginal & Turk remake are very good)

So normally I wouldn't watch a remake unless it's made by the turks (for some reason Turkish drama remakes are often very good),

....but this has the handsome & talented
Satoh Takeru as ML!

So I'll watch just for him.🥰
But honestly skeptical if this will be good. 😅

Was going to live watch this, but now after watching trailer I realize this is a bit too dark for me currently in my busy life where more lighthearted shows work better to lighten to load and simply no time for immersion into more thrilling plots.

And 6 months airtime is a longtime.

Nevertheless will watch this at a later time, maybe once only like 1-2 months left of airing?

I liked her potryal in Vincenzo too,
but I can see how easily people can misunderstand the DIRECTIONAL CHOICE of having her character act Over the top, lead to people misunderstanding that JYB's acting style is just the overt style.

The role was fine for the drama, it's after all an Over the top Comedy Thriller,
but I think her more nuanced acting can be better seen in other projects, especially Be Melodramatic.

I love how he so casually introduced Ma Gwangsuk to his son
"Oh this is the person I'm dating now"

as if he hadn't been single for 15 years and it was normal for him to be dating LOL

HG Shocked face was epic, I don't think his father's nonchalnt introduction helped, only made him more shocked lol

And what was with that episode, so much stuff happened. Like they wanted to finish the drama there.
