I agree but u can already see this coming. Especially the way qm acts. Qiu yan told her to live with her but she was being all noble etc and turn her sister down while the other aunts went except her bio mother n qiu min. I knew this was gonna happened once they got into royal academy n the fatty saw her. Then went she went to get firewood I knew it. In these ancient drama these scenes are always the push that makes them turn evil etc.

Yes he's a versatile actor. He reminds me of hu ge and Wallace huo. Both are versatile . Xu Kai should keep playing in these roles since it suits him very much . Don't care about the type cast since he plays each role very well.

They probably sorts of want to spend more time edit this one better then they did with mirror of two cities. I don't get how this series is 50 while cities was cut down to 43 and it was so so rushed and edited badly from start to finish.

The live action soul land was really sad since I liked the actors that all played the roles. Compared to battle through heavens live action soul land was bad. Ive watched better CGI and fight scenes in older power rangers series.

If there gonna adapt a donghua that's still currently ongoing, might as well plan ahead with script for second season so we don't have wait for years or the actors will get too occupied of other projects to continue next season.
Same is going on with snow sword stride, says season 1 but we don't even know how long it's gonna take for next season. Joy of Life was like 2 years ago and no confirmation of season 2.
Not sure y these directors and producer adapt ongoing dramas instead of waiting for em to end.

You must be a Xu Kai fan. Tang san is Xiao Zhan . You can not replaced him. Xiao Zhan just won an award for It.
Not sure if lw won awards. But battle through heavens is like 3 years older then Doulou... Graphics are actually good... Like the final battle looks pretty good even to today's standard's.
Xiao zhan can pull adult Tang San off. It's just alot of fans of donghua aren't happy with all changes live action did.
It's like leo Wu in Battle through heavens. Series was good, Leo did good playing Xiao yann but he got alot of back lashed and sequel was not made and he said he won't come back and recommend someone to play the character Now the donghua is popular I'm hoping he comes back for the sequel.
