have to add in, with full honesty, I was totally here for ML 😂 I loved Arthur Chen in Lighter & Princess and he is fantastic here as well. Those micro-expressions are sooo good. How he suddenly softens his gaze when having a sweet moment with FL. He was a dark character and he did such a good job in showing how FL’s light slowly crept into his life. He would go from scowling to the shy tiny smile. It didn’t feel forced. It felt natural. I appreciate actors who play cold characters without having one tone and a frozen expression. I hope Arthur Chen gets more leading roles 👏🏼 deserved!

NGL- I am very rarely present for the FL, but wow! WYL killed it! She was cute without being a weird baby-adult and she was hot at the right parts. She handled humor and the dramatic moments so well. I am a fan

It’s just the end that’s a little puzzling. The rest of the drama is a bit of a struggle because of how FL treats ML. WDBTD does it so well - how she treats him when she’s afraid of him doesn’t make you resent her and she quickly catches on how he is misunderstood. ugh. Poor ML in DWAD, he was mistreated by everyone including FL for so long. So warning for when you start.

DWD was def HE and they actually did a good job with the whole inter dimensional travel bit, but it was also a tad bit confusing (the post script)…like I got it but didn’t get it…? 😂😅So I chose to ignore all the stuff outside of what happens “within the dream” for my long term memory archive 😜

I would never…not with this drama…I’m so in love with it and actors are doing such a good job 😍

seriously. I wanted that SML gone as soon as I realized he was SML. He had the crazy vibes.

It was a fair and logical consideration for the king - two powerful generals marrying could be a threat, but the fact this was brought up by SML and then SML asks for an decree to let him marry FL had me fuming. Worst was ML pulling noble idiocy and making the decision for FL instead of discussing the matter with her. ML doesnt want to stand in her way in the military BUT he does want to force her to marry some other dude when he knows she loves him??!? So ridiculous!

Ot got boring towards the end…after about ep 25ish it felt so meh especially after starting off so strong, but I figured it would happened when it lost the momentum of the romance buildup with the sudden truth bomb. I was just looking forward to being done as I knew where it was all going and nothing at that court banquet was shocking. Then ep 35 happened and my blood pressure 🤦🏻‍♀️…

Wow! The dedication. I have yet to reach any of the novels of the dramas I have liked. Sometimes I get determined to when everyone says the novel is even better, but where to find the time? 😝
